Worst return policy Ive ever seen. Long lines. Mismarked merchandise pricing that is not honored at register. Incompetent management. Left theft detector tags on requiring me to waste an hour returning to get them off. Consistently difficult, negative experience with this company/location over the last 3 visits. Will never return.

Pretty much what youd expect from an Old Navy spot but with more XXL sizes than Im used to which I appreciate. Although I encountered very little floor staff during the busy holiday. The staff working the registers were very friendly.

This is located near the factory outlet of Nike. It has a good collection but if you have to choose between the one in great mall and this, choose great mall for a bigger collection.
