Shopping at this Ross has been a pleasant experience. Ive been coming to this store on my way to Santa Cruz on and off, but lately its been looking extremely clean and organized. Whatever Ross management is doing, please keep it up! Ill definitely be coming around more often to shop! I was there on November 9th in the evening and the manager and employees were very helpful. It would great to see some more designer merchandise in the store!

Very nice people. Clothes strewn everywhere because the customers have no respect for the store. Saw several people throw clothes and shoes on the floor after looking at them. Also people are constantly opening product and ruining inventory. I love to shop here but customers have no respect and no manners. Would you go to a grocery store and leave the eggs on the floor for people to trip on?

The worst ross ive ever been to!The staff is unfriendly and very unprofessional!Today I was trying on shoes n security was stalikng me n made me feltreally awkward! Then when I was standing in the "purchase only" line n the sales associate took 2customers who were not even standing in line? When I asked her about it she gave me attitude n laughed!? Will never come here again!!

You got small money? You can load up on cheap flimsy plastic/fake stuff. The clothing is cheap quality - one or two washes and no longer what you bought. Pretty much all cheap bottom barrel. I bought fraud cologne that was labeled as being the real thing - I attempted to get my money back but the management said "too bad, its opened, bye-bye".

I never knew Ross was in the practice of hiring racist? The manager let the white lady in who came to the door after were standing there like she was the queen of Campbell and when we asked if We could just run and purchase a pair of shoes for an emergency. I guess the rules only apply to the right race! What a joke.

Okey Dont go 2 hr or an 1hr to closing here. Only one cashier and they werent that happy. The cloths are alright but in the rug section most of them were on the floor ... the deals are about the same as Burlington Coat Factory.
