Management and staff need a good culling. The staff is rude, unresponsive, and visibly annoyed that they were there. The woman in the changing room was tssking and clicking her tongue at customers. There were discarded clothes all over the place, and the staff simply stepped over or around the piles on their way to chat in the corners. Even when the line at the cashier is long, most workers lurk elsewhere while one cashier tries to hold down the fort. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the cashier, she laughed and more or less said "oh well." Whatever culture and work ethic at this store is rotten and needs a proper shakeup to have anything that remotely resembles a professional enterprise.

****Buyer Beware***** spent twenty minutes with management just trying to return a choker that was so cheap it broke apart in the bag. First they hassled me to buy another one to replace it and that one was just as cheap. Dont expect to be treated fairly when it comes to returns!

Fun store for a quick find but the customer service is SO lacking. Even when calling the store I got put on hold for 5 mins, hung up-then the line was busy after that, so therefore the person forgot I was on hold and then didnt go hang up the phone. Not cool.
