Honestly, do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company has the worst customer service, possible. We ordered a bedroom set for our daughter 6-7 weeks ago. We were told it would be ready for pick up that Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no phone call. Friday we called to sag we were on our way to come pick it up. The older lady with a heavy accent sounded frantic and said she would call us back. An hour later she calls back to tell us that Kimberlee never even ordered the set. They told us they would have it the following Wednesday and would deliver it. The dresser came damaged, with chips in it. We told them they would need to order a new one, they didnt offer do it themselves. They delivered a "new" one last Wednesday. This one was even more damaged than the one before. The man that said he is the owner said that he would inspect the next one. I lost money having to leave work to meet him and at this point I was ready to return the entire set! He told me he would make it better-- yada yada yada. Today is Wednesday, so I decide to call to see what is going on because they were supposed to call with a delivery time. Turns out, he had already left. When I got home they were standing in my daughters bedroom, getting ready to take the old one out. We are currently remodeling our home, and the flooring guys didnt know what to do when they showed up. The owner explained to me that he didnt check the new one, but not to worry because it is new. What were the last two then... USED??? I had to have them open the new one, which they dropped onto my brand new hardwood floors. The new one is ALSO damaged. He offered to freaking paint it for me! Are you FREAKING KIDDING ME?! I told him just to get the other one out and leave. I was told at one point that Kimberlee is the owner. Every time Ive called for her shes at a graduation, went home early or right now is "on vacation." If my floors are scratched because of these incompetent people, I will be down in their store filing a report. We paid almost $600 for CRAP FURNITURE. The absolute worst furniture we have ever owned. Like I said, do yourself a favor-- go somewhere else. It would be worth the extra money for quality product and quality customer service.

Where to get started, I dont even know. I order a living room set for 1300. I night I discovered a hole in the back of the wedge. The following day I immediately called and reported this. The daughter of the owner stated she would have a replacement within 2 weeks. First Monday of week 3 I called and asked the status of my replacement wedge and she further stated that she "completely forgot". the following Tuesday the owner showed up at my house. My wife called me frantically and she put the owner on the phone, he said he will not be able to replace it because hes blaming me for it, even though I called the day after I discovered it! He came into my home and argued with me about how he didnt do it for an hour! Then he said he brought the floor model to replace it. I told him Im not going to accept used furniture since every behind in Fairfield probably sat on it. Then we argued about how its not used. Then we argued about him trying to demonstrate that it wasnt him buy him putting a box cutter to the couch. He said he was going to make a cut and if it matches with the current cut, that he would replace it. So I raised the B.S. flag. THEN he wanted me to go HALFSIES! on getting a new one. So I raised another B.S flag. I question whether this is even a legitimate business anymore. NO ONE comes into a strangers house and disrespects a mans wife then insults me by walking out, then driving off and calls themselves a legitimate business. For their sake I hope they read and reply to this review, because not only will I blacklist this "Store" from ever receiving business from Travis AFB (which most your business is from), Im reporting this incident to the BBB (in hopes that you dont rip anymore people in Fairfield off), Furthermore, I will be hiring an attorney to seek legal actions. If I can give this place negative stars I would, they dont even deserve one.

Ive been buying furniture from Kimberlee for a few years now and never have I received anything but good and friendly service from her. And every piece of furniture is still in my home and still looking good. I bought a bed room set for my granddaughter who is now 8 years old and her set is still standing strong. I also bought a dining room table and a living room set which are both in the best shape. And just think about it I purchased these things at least 3 years ago. So, I dont know what you people are doing to your furniture but mine is still holding on. In fact on my way to purchase some bunk beds for my foster child. And if that past the test through them, then someone is either being to picky or dont know how to pick the right furniture. Good Job Kimberlee

Was on the lookout for a new bed frame and dresser set for my 14 by 12 bedroom. Was traveling through the area and stumbled across this furniture store. Spoke with the very welcoming and cheerful store owner, Kimberlee, who listened closely to my needs and gave me a few choices. She gave her recommendations based on the size of the room, amount of light, and wall color. Settled with a matching bed set which included an all wood bed frame with two storage drawers, a dresser and two nightstands. The room looks complete and I couldnt be any more satisfied. Her pricing was very fair and delivery went very smooth with no issues. The furniture assembled with minimal tools. Definitely recommend her store for your furniture needs.

HJas to be the worst buying experience ever... I purchased a white couch there on September 14th 2013 still as of today 07/10/2014 theyre missing parts that still hasnt delivered to me yet. I call them constantly daily, they always have an excuse. Every time I talk to that lady Kimberly, absolutely worthless and no sense of business. I give them one more week till I show them who I truly am. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AND DO NO RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

Was sold a USED dirty mattress and was decieved by the owner with distributor and the credit service she used. Im now filing a BBB complaint on her and her credit service. The Distributor name wasnt given to me, otherwise Id file a complaint against him as well. Update- I did file a complaint with the bbb for the creditor. I won my argument and they closed my account with no further payment.

Kimberlee is AMAZING! I furnished my whole apartment with her help and the prices were way cheaper compared to other competitors. She was so sweet, friendly, patient and really helped me picked out pieces within my price range. My furniture came on time and I couldnt be happier with my apartment! Kim goes far out of her way to make her customers happy and I HIGHLY recommend this place!
