Quality Sleep is a family owned business. Ive been a loyal customer for years. Ive spent thousands of dollars here because I liked the service. The owner works his butt off and insists on perfection. I figured the loyalty would go both ways since its a small business in a small town. I tried to upgrade a mattress I bought from Quality Sleep that I only had for 20 days with a mattress protector I had purchased from them with another bed. I was told no. I needed to upgrade the mattress because after a week, the foam wouldnt bounce back up to its original shape, leaving a hole that has caused me severe back pain. The owner told me I should simply rotate the bed to balance out the lack of support. Tom wouldnt even consider coming out to look. Im 2 minutes from the store. I used to highly recommend Quality Sleep. I will be shopping elsewhere and no longer telling my friends and family to shop there.

Tom and his team at Quality Sleep in Monroe have helped me select the correct mattress and pillows for my families sleep needs. Nice to have a consultive approach with questions about our sleep habits/positions and needs. I had no idea there were so many pillow options based on a side sleeper vs. back sleeper. Bottom line we were pleased with our experience, product choice, price and have recommended them extensively. Even got a nice dresser for my sons first college apartment, complete with delivery and set up.....what could be better!

I called after I saw a few mattresss on Craigslist. Tim was amazing over the phone; answered all of my questions and was very honest about what mattress would be right for me. I called around and did not experience the same type of customer service as I did with Quality Sleep. Their prices were amazing-plus free delivery. Since I live in Kirkland, Tim was able to do everything over the phone, which was an amazing time saver. I got my mattress the next day and couldnt be happier! Thanks guys for everything- YOUR ROCK!!!

I called and asked about pricing on 2 box springs and they quoted a great price. I even called around to see what everyone was charging and they were the lowest. I stopped in to get the box springs with my 3 year-old son and they had a whole kids area set up in the store. After I had purchased the box springs my son did not want to leave. Suffice it to say they are very family-friendly. Great service and no pushy sales either. I will definitely recommend them and shop there more in the future as well.

I just needed a box spring for my daughter. She had just moved into a apt. out of her condo were she had had a Murphy bed. I walked in they helped me, choose the right one at a great price then loaded it in my van and out the door. I took my parents here to get a new mattress and was very impressed with the sales person who helped them. He explained very well all the different types of mattresses and the benefits of each. They are very happy with their new mattress. Great service and free delivery the next day. They even set up the mattress (and box spring if you get one) and take away the old ones! Great price too! Would recommend checking them out.

Tom and April really take the time to ask the right questions and figure out what will be best for you. It is also a very friendly atmosphere, unlike some other places I went to. There is no pressure at all. They also have employees who can deliver your bed to your home for you. They have an excellent staff who seem dedicated to providing great customer service.
