My family has shopped at this store for almost 20 years, and weve always had great experiences. Today I went in looking for mattresses for my companys corporate apartment, and the Area Manager, Doug Christie, was able to help me find exactly which mattresses met my needs in a matter of minutes, and was able to help me save as much money as possible to stay within my budget. Everyone Ive ever interacted with at the store is polite, helpful, and friendly, and makes mattress shopping as painless as possible. I will continue shopping here in the future, and highly recommend the store to anyone in the area (or out of it!) looking to make mattress shopping easy. Truly, why would anyone buy a mattress anywhere else?

Spent a number of hours in Sleep Country in Issaquah. Our sales person was Miya Roberts, and she gave us excellent customer service. I never could have guessed that it was her first day. Very professional, friendly, unassuming, and made us feel completely at ease w the process. Definitely would go back to Sleep country Issaquah and especially if Miya was working.

Delivery person is completely incompetent. He was afraid to drive his truck up my driveway. I regularly move a boat the size of hie truck up and down my driveway. I offered to transport the mattress up my driveway with my 8 utility trailer - declined. Being a healthy, strong person, I offered to help carry the mattress - declined.

Walked in just to browse around for 30 minutes before dinner. But Doug Christie was able to provide excellent knowledge and service to find the right bed for us and enough incentives to make the purchase on the spot. He also delayed closing the store for 1.5 hours to give us enough time to decide.
