In the past they have been good and very helpful. However some new hires have them making mistakes. Our bill was paperless when we didnt ask and our plan was totally different than we agreed upon. It was said to be $110 flat and we got bills for $188 because they signed up all phones for a larger data plan.

The manager sunny was totally unprofessional. My mom was having trouble understanding and every time she would ask question he would look annoyed. And to top it off they lied in our monthly plan. Will not be coming here EVER AGAIN!!!
