I had an iPhone 4 that had a screen that wouldnt turn on. I suspected something was loose inside, but I had no screwdriver to open it up. Since the phone isnt worth much anymore, I called Tony to see if he sold screwdrivers since he sells repair kits. He didnt, but he said he was more than happy to check it out for free. If it was just a simple loose connector, he wouldnt even charge but if it was something more, hed give me a free quote to fix it as well. I took it down and in just a few minutes, he had it fixed. It was just a loose connector. Tony is totally upfront and easy to work with. Just from the fact that hell fix simple things for free shows you what a good guy youre dealing with. I could tell he knew what he was doing as he fixed my phone too. So, if youve got a phone problem, dont hesitate. Just call him or stop on by the store (next to Cool River Pizza). Hell treat you right. Im going back the next time Im clumsy enough to break my phone.

This is my second time going to iToyz with a damaged phone. The first visit was after my 2 year old grabbed my phone and threw it out of the car window. The screen was completely smashed. iToyz repaired it quickly and for a reasonable price. Just recently, I dropped my phone on the floor - and the screen went dead. The owner looked at the phone, quickly opened it on the spot, found the problem and fixed it - right on the spot. Solid store. Id like to say Ill never be back - but as long as I have an iPhone, and a crazy life, Im sure there is a better than average chance Ill be back. At least getting it fixed here isnt as traumatic as breaking your phone in the first place!!! I wish more places were run this well.

My iphone was run over multiple times because it fell off the top of my car where I forgot it. I took it in solely to beg to get the pictures off of it because I didnt have it backed up to iTunes. The service was AMAZING because he said if he couldnt recover the pictures, I wouldnt have to pay at all, but then he said just the glass and the back camera were broken and did I want those replaced? Heck yes! It was so much cheaper than getting a new phone and I have my pictures. Seems like a brand new phone now. This is the real deal - I highly recommend. Sadly, I went to write a review on Yelp - looking up "iphone repair in Rocklin, CA" and his business didnt come up. Send him your business. Hes a gem.

Small business at its finest! Owner runs and operates the shop while doing all the repairs himself, he is good at it too!! Most fixes will only take a few hours....you can even wait in the strip mall for it. This is rare in the world we live in today, most places will let your phone sit in the back for 24-48 hours before some undertrained teenager tries to fix it while snooping through your photos for any hot *for your eyes only* pics to post on the internet. 100% honest good quick work at low competitive prices, what else can you ask for! Ive had to have 2 iPhone screens and a IPad mini repaired, hopefully wont have to be back soon! Thanks again, - Jeff

Went in and talked to the owner. Very knowledgable and very nice. He explained to me that my iPad would probably cost more to fix that it would to buy a used or refrerbished one. I had had my screen fixed somewhere else and now the home button wasnt working. He showed me a work around in my settings menu. He charged me nothing. I was very appreciative and was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty, which is getting harder and harder find these days. Highly recommend using his services!!

This place is awesome and they know how to really be there for the customer. When my Iphone broke and I really needed to a working phone he loaned me one of his iPhones to use until my broken phone was fixed. Cant find many other owners/emoloyees who will go above and beyond typical good customer service. Pricing is good here and servicing completed in a timely manner great store I give the highest rating!

iToyz is an excellent place to have your phone or tablet repaired. Tony is the most honest and skilled tech I have ever met. It is real simply, Tony does what he promises. His prices are good and is quality is excellent. I had my Ipad fixed. I checked with other repair places and they wanted to charge twice the amount.

If you are having a problem with your iphone, these are the guys you need to call! My home button on my phone stopped working and they replaced it right away and it has been working great ever since, plus it was WAY cheaper than buying a whole new phone!
