Store Manager Jeff Allen is an awesome guy with great attitude and energy. Extremely trustworthy. I brought my 2006 Mercedes R350 for a battery replacement, replacing is pretty complex unlike other cars as the battery is tucked under the front passenger seat. He took it as a challenge and completed the job with 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend Jeff for all your battery needs irrespective of what car you possess so you avoid being ripped off by the dealer.

My first time shopping at a Batteries Plus. The sales people were experienced on the phone. When I arrived to pick-up my order of 8 golf cart batteries the great customer service continued. Even the "little things" such as making sure the date codes matched was a nice touch. While at the counter I observed how the other patrons were treated. They were smiling. The process of selecting and purchasing a battery on line was easy. The local store responded quickly that my purchase was ready and when I arrived shortly thereafter, the counter person gave me credit for the core, removed the old battery, thoroughly cleaned the terminals, and installed the new battery. Very professional making the process painless.

Great service. Will definitely use again. They installed two Type 31 batteries in the entry steps of my motor home. They were heavy batteries and it was a tight fit but they were installed in less than 30 minutes. It was a pleasure dealing with this store.
