I dont prize myself as being one of the easiest people to get along with because I can be quite demanding and needy. But I refuse to believe that this store provided anyone with anything less than five star rated customer service while standing behind every product they sell and that Verizon carries. If You had a negative experience, I invite You to take a step back, calm down and speak respectfully and sincerely. Because these gentlemen will go far above and beyond any kind of service that can be provided from any carrier. I should know because they helped me out of a situation that made me a Loyal Customer, for Life. Example: I was a Verizon customer from another store and I could Not get the (other store or Verizon) to back a product. I came to this location and spoke to one of the employees who helped me word a statement directly to Verizon. What followed was truly unbelievable. I received over $1,000 in services and credits. Now, I May be Reckless in My Personal Life, (an inside joke) but I Trust These Gentlemen With My Wallet and My Life. I Support Them Without Reservation.

Horrible experience with service at multiple stores. "Sorry. That dude works at a different store. Not our problem anymore." Going on four days in a row of "oh Im sorry for your issue. I know what to do. Ill call you back today." Or "my manager will call you as soon as hes in at noon". Not one call back

Love this location. Not only was the verizon associate able to help me fix my phone but she was fast and friendly. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. I greatly appreciate your help Sabrina! I will see you when it is time to upgrade our phones.

Purchased a phone with 14 day free return. Did not come with return shipping label. Was told to go into s store. They keep telling me they cant do it or give me a receipt for it. Waiting for a long time. My options to walk out or what. FY Verizon.

helpful staff who were kind and understand. though it took quite a while to get anything done being the only customer with 2 people behind counter. other than that, I would suggest this location.
