Several issues, all of which have to do with this location and none of which have anything to do with Sprint. I visited this location to price out the Family Share Pack plan. Ryan, the assistant store manager, told me that I would receive 2GB of free data per month (to be added to whatever base GB package I selected) for every number that was ported over from another carrier. This "promotion" that Ryan quoted was one of the primary reasons I elected to switch to Sprint. Shortly after switching, however, I discovered my plan was not credited the 2GB per month/per line that I was told it would. I called Sprint customer care and learned the promotion Ryan quoted had expired over two months earlier, and that I would not be receiving the additional GBs. When I called and confronted Ryan about the contradiction he simply said, "Oops, I guess I made a mistake." Furthermore, I specifically asked whether or not their would be any activation fees associated with the switch. I was told the activation fees would be waived. You can imagine my surprise (hope youre picking up on the sarcasm here) when I learned from Sprint customer care that I had incurred a $36 activation fee for each of the lines Id ported over. Again, the fees were irreversible and I was required to pay them. Finally, my brother (who ported his number over onto my plan as well) purchased an iPhone at the time of activation. 2 DAYS LATER the phone stopped working. He took it in in hopes of reaching some kind of resolution with the staff their, but was told the phone had incurred water damage and wouldnt be repaired/replaced. The phone WAS 2 DAYS OLD. It hadnt come in contact with any water, but again -- too bad, so sad. Im not telling you not to do business with Sprint, but I would strongly encourage you to avoid this retail location if at all possible.

I was surprised to find that after paying for a service and repair contract(for the last 3 years) that when I went to this Rocklin store for a repair of my Samsung phone, they accused me of dropping it in water and refused to even look at the problem. The phone has NEVER been in any kind of water. The technician backed up by the manager simply looked at the power connector and made this conclusion without even opening up the phone. The following day I brought the phone to another Sprint repair shop and they found no evidence of water damage, but they didnt have the authority to replace the phone, since it couldnt be repaired. Only the "Corporate" shop, which is where they refused to work the problem. This is typical large corporation having policies designed or poorly implemented to force the customer to spend money to solve their problem. I am taking Sprint to small claims court, because the injustice is obvious and documented. Good luck with taking any problems to this location or maybe Sprint in general.

Ive been coming to this location for 3 years now and I still have yet to have a bad experience. True, sometimes the corporate stores and Sprint National arent always on the same page, however, it is apparent that these sales people do try to stay on top of what is going on. I have purchased several phones from here and have adjusted my plan numerous times. I never felt once that I was being mislead or lied too and have always been comfortable in my choices after the fact. My only complaint is that Sprint has moved the repair techs from this location to another one down the road and may be closing this location down shortly, it isnt exactly in an eye catching location.

Went in to transfer my number to a different carrier (project fi). They had no clue about what I wanted to do. They were playing stupid, and kept insisting they needed to put their sprint sim card in my new Nexus 6P. Its not hard to do. Just free up the number. I just went through Google to get it transfered, and it was effortless. These people are not helpful. Theyre jerks, and what they were arguing with me with over, I did in 5 minutes in my car outside the store. So happy to be done with Sprint.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! What the sales associate tells you is one thing, what is hidden away in the fine print of your contract is something entirely different. When you complain to Sprint national, they will refer you to the store. When you complain to the store, they will refer you to Sprint national. If you value your sanity, find another provider.

Had an extremely difficult time getting adequate technical help here. Ended up with no solution to my phone problem and dealing with their dummied-down employees had me leaving with my head shaking in disbelief of my experience. I am going to buy myself out of my contract and leave Sprint ASAP and go to AT&T over this waste of time and major headache.

Incompetent workers unwilling to help and dont know what they are doing. They took an hour to activate a sim card. Might just be a sprint problem cause it took 3 hours to activate 3 phones the previouse day at target for the sprint network. SMH...

You will likely have a wait. The advantage is that its a corporate owned store.
