I dread going into Verizon stores, but Michael Ivey may have just changed my opinion about that. I went in to have something changed over for my mom, and was expecting a huge headache based on my previous attempt to resolve the same issue at the Elk Grove store. But not only did he deftly and cheerfully solve my problem, he also managed to help another unhappy customer while my stuff was downloading/updating. I was totally impressed that he listened well enough to catch what was going on with both of us, and knew immediately what it would take to fix it. Two thumbs up!

I really have nothing good to say .we have been doing business with them for almost a year .we have had alot of problems with them standing behind there promisses.we were offered a promotional to recieve a free tv,it was false advertising ,for months we inquired about it,they led us on making us believe it was still coming.we never did recieve anything,but alot of hassel.
