My first couple experiences at this store were fine and this store seemed as if it would become my go-to for any cellular concerns. This recently changed however, as can be seen by the rating I gave. I went in to pay my monthly bill yet they say I never paid. I paid in cash and didnt get a receipt but a few days later I came in and after a long amount of time doing practically nothing, they agreed to provide a "one-time courtesy payment" and pay my $65 bill off for the month. I go home and check and see that they played for the minimal pay as you activation payment( $3). I called back twice and both times they said that they would get back to me but guess what, now theyre closed and still no word about my lost $65 dollars, or I guess 62 since they paid off 3. They are not helpful here and seemed to care very little as to whether I got the service I paid for. Edit: They solved it. But it was still a headache so I will go ahead and leave the review here since it took 5 people to fix it. (1 to 3 stars ).

I would have given Rave Reviews in January 2014 and in July 2014. I reallyI loved this store. Even though when I started going there in January of 2014, Ive always had to wait and be helped and setting up my account took forever. I was good and patient because Ive always been taught that it will be paid off. That was fine. I was happy with T-mobile changing from Verizon. 6 months later, I used my JUMP and upgraded all my lines and even added a new line. Had a few problems with my bill and my blackberries were very difficult to take back. So had to start over with that. Each time with something wrong with their store and their correction, but Ive always had to get my account without past due notices. They cant credit without that. Now today August 22, 2015 ~ it has come to my attention that all my previous phones (that were upgraded mind you) are still being charged to my account. Yes that means that I have been charged with 10 phones in the last year. Im very unhappy with them.

I was a customer with T mobile for over 7 years,the last year they kept messing up,erasing my voice mail and all they could say is oops .Three times in one year.I would call in to the store and ask before i would drive down to the store because i lived over 20 min away to make sure what i wanted was in store and would not waist gas,and twice they told me it was in and it would be there for me to pick up,But when i arrived they said sorry both times they had made a mistake.just all around bad service from the store in roseville and from customer service from T mobile itself.

This company just added data plan to one of my lines for $20.00 without my authorization. Their explanation was a t-mobile store called me and offered it and I accepted. Big BS, I just went to t-mobile store near my house where I usually go, they said they dont do that not part of their job description. I will just finish the remainder of my contract and I will switch to Verizon

Alias was the associate we worked with and he gave us a perfect experience ! He even walked us around the store to view and interact with the floor models to ensure it was the perfect phones for us. I really appreciated his help. This was the best experience Ive ever had at T-mobile.

Not the most reliable or expedient service. Came in to return my Note 7 and told them which phone I wanted - the employee returned my phone and then told me seconds after (knowing already) that they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. Traditionally a 15-20 minute wait time.

Good store but usually really busy. I hate how they always try and upsell you even when you know exactly what you want. It kinda feels like a car sales lot when they try and push every possible upsell. besides this issue I love Tmo and think they are the best carrier around.
