I understand that staff must follow policies handed down to them to stay employed. However, Verizon participates in bait and switch tactics to provide more recurring out of pocket costs than presented during account setup. Staff and their website talk and present incessantly about their low cost plans, so their comparison to other service providers sounds attractive. However, they gloss over and fail to notify the buyer of "their" standard $20 per month per phone fee. Which increases the declared cost of each plan by $20. A $40 plan is actually a $60+ cost per month. Whatever plan cost they publish, increase that plan cost by $20 per phone line plus related taxes. guidepost.us

They told me things about the iPhone that werent true just to push Samsung product on me. Signed me up for insurance and didnt bother to ask if I even wanted it. Slipped in a 50$ screen protector and wouldnt let me return it. And lastly, I wasnt supposed to be charged a sign up fee because of a promotion they were running but I was and on the phone I returned as well as the phone I exchanged it for, oh and the tablet I bought. This isnt a corporate store so you have to return everything to that specific store. Its like shopping at your OWE RISK, I will never do business with this store ever again and you shouldnt either.

Worst experience Ive had with a cell phone company! Terrible customer service. One guy(employer in the shop whos name I guess I cant give) spoke down to me like I was an idiot. Very unhelpful and rude! Id tell anyone whos thinking of going here to go to another Verizon store or another company all together!!!

Very incompetent I am not sure what they even can do here I visited the store 3 times for different reasons every time I need to go to a different store because they do not know how to take care of anything very disappointed do not recommend this location go to regular corporate locations.
