My phone broke while out of town for work so I went to this store to get it replaced. Part of my purchase included tablet that was to be shipped to my house after e-signing a document that had been emailed to me. The document mailed to me was in a language I do not speak so I called to have the documents resent. I have had re-emailed to me 4 times now, all in a language I cannot speak. I rep suggested rebuilding the order. He then transfers me to a sales department where the rep tells me hes going to check on my order where he then transfers me to another department where I have to re-explain my problem. While she is looking up my order the call disconnects and I have not received a call back despite providing a call back number. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and Im really no longer interested in the product.

This is a wrong pin. T-Mobile is near Wallmart at the other end of the road. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful.
