The people who give unfavorable reviews of the man who run this business obviously never visited. I visited him recently a little more than a week ago with a severely water damaged Galaxy S6. I never write reviews, but this business needs justice because you might be turned away by what youve read below. I was extremely pleased with how he went above and beyond to please me- answering my calls, finding cost-effective solutions, and also very happy with the quality of my repair. Look no further than this one... My specific experience is below. A top priority of his is customer service. I was really nervous throughout the process since I had gotten into a car accident and needed my phone, and due to lack of available funds had asked him to keep costs low. I called him every day and he answered, remembered my phone among like 30 other phones at the time, and spoke to me with no bullshit when he gave me the status of the phone. He took in my perspective, thinking of great ways to use his wholesale license and connections for defective phones. We ended up getting another phone, using its parts, and it was way cheaper than buying a used phone. I appreciate that he would even SUGGEST that! Nobody else would even go CLOSE to putting up with that kind of trouble. We still needed another part since we didnt know if one of my parts were broken, but still, we were cost-effective. His work quality is insane. He BROUGHT BACK MY WATER DAMAGED PHONE which needed a new everything. I had shorted it out, my LED back button wasnt working, the battery was done, I shorted out the motherboard. He found it to be a challenge to work on my phone. Among all of his other jobs, the owner found time to completely redo my phone. It was a lot of work and I dont think he would do it again, but he did it. I am extremely proud of the phone that he handed back to me. Its condition is honestly one that I could re-sell for how much I bought it. One of the last times before I spoke to him he asked me to allow him to give me good quality work. I am happy to relay to you all that he is proud to get a job done right. Throughout the process I knew I could trust this business. I liked him over buying a used phone on Amazon, and found that the way he carried himself was extremely respectful. He kept me in mind when he found repair solutions, and I think that should be the most important thing to anybody looking to get repairs. What we all dont want is someone who tacks on fees and isnt honest with us. I will be referring my friends to this business. Dont go anywhere else, this man will be there to give you a good quality job. I also expected to pay $75 for a deep cleaning and diagnosis, after looking on google for other business prices (not around Elk Grove). I paid way less than that... If that says anything. 5 stars is for a business that goes above and beyond to meet my expectations. This business did that, so please dont judge him by his former reviews. Some of these guys have the wrong business reviewed and others dont even live in the country...

Worst mistake of my life walking into this store. I dropped my new i phone 6 while on a business trip. I went into Elk Grove Wireless and they said it would be $50 to repair. They said they would call me when they were done. 2 hours later they called and said that they fixed it and it would be $580 not $50. I told them that wasnt the price quoted to me. The phone cost me $600 for $580 I could get a new phone. They refused to give me my phone back until I threatened to call the police. When they finally gave me my phone back it wasnt even fixed. It was all just a scam. I went to the Apple Store next. The Apple Store said that Elk Grove Wireless Repair is not and authorized Apple Repair Center and that because they could tell that Elk Grove Wireless had tampered with my phone in and they are and authorized repair center my warranty was now null and void. I ended up having to buy a new phone and I learned a valuable lesson. Dont go to and authorized repair center. On a side note: the manager of Elk Grove Wireless Repair tried to intimidate me into paying the $580. He wouldnt give me his name but he said he is the manager and he represents the "family" that owns this repair store and that the "family" is very wealthy and powerful. Use that wealth and power to run and honest business and hire a honest manager. Not a crook.

Walking into this store was the worst mistake Ive ever made. I had some problems charging my iPhone 6 Plus and they said the charging port would need to be replaced. I was assured they were an authorized Apple repair center and their technicians were fully qualified. They originally quoted me $20 for the repair and called me back a few hours later saying my phone was done. When I got to the store they tried to charge me $50 for the repair and there were deep scratches and dents around my phones charging port like they pried it open with a screwdriver! When I refused to pay the inflated price, especially considering what they had done to my phone, I was threatened with physical violence and they only gave me my phone back after I returned with a police officer. The phone wasnt even fixed, they just scratched it up! Later I found out theyre not an authorized Apple repair center which voided my warranty and Im stuck with a scratched up phone thanks to them! Worst place ever.

My personal experience with Elk Grove Wireless Repair has been a GREAT ONE! I brought in my cracked iPhone 5, the screen and LCD were severely broken and Elk Grove Wireless managed to fix it in no time. It looked brand new and everything worked perfectly. In addition to the great service, the prices here were lower than other shops I had called in the past. I also referred this repair shop to some of my family members and they had positive experiences here too. They had fixed their Samsung Tablets, iPhone 5, and an iPhone 6 and everything worked great! I will definitely be coming back here for future phone problems!

Guy lied to me and said the screen replacement I brought in did not come with the metal speaker pieces that were already on the phone. He said I had to order them separately I look it up that was a total lie Im sure that he lost them while doing the screen replacement. I also brought my phone in and called several times to see if it was ready he gave me the run around and two weeks later when I finally came in to pick up my phone he told me that he had finished it two days after I dropped it off. I will never go here again. I should have sent my phone in to the company even though they charged a little more.

Best place around from Oakdale/Modesto to Sacramento! The gentleman (owner) who helped me was very nice and more than helpful! He had my phone repaired in less than one hour and it was like BRAND NEW again! I hope I dont NEED to go back again since that means I broke my phone again, but this is where I would go each time if it happened! My best friend even chose to come here from an hour and a half away! The service and price are worth it! Refer your friends and family if they need great phone repair services!!! 10 stars!
