I had a punctured tube and needed a new inner tube. The manager had ONE job: sell me the right sized inner tube. Could not do that for me, instead he sold me a premium inner tube with the wrong size. I didnt know this until I took my tire off to replace it. Once I knew I told one of the employees, only to get an answer saying "sorry theres nothing we can do, we dont have that size." Well yes you can do something, give me a refund. Its not hard. RE: Hello, thanks for the reply. I left your bike lever on the counter on the day of my visit. I would very much like to remedy this situation, but I do not appreciate your attempt to publicly defame me by falsely accusing me of stealing it from your store. You have your bike lever, and you have my money. In return, all I ask for is an apology.

We were leaving town for the weekend, headed to Fort Bragg. It had been a long time since I rode my bike, and we stopped here on our way out of town for a new tube for my back tire. Come to find out, I needed a whole new tire, and tube. $25 and 5 minutes later we were on our way. Couldnt have been more happy to support a local bike shop and so impressed with the speed and prices. Thanks guys! Our weekend on our bikes was great! After shopping at Mikes Bikes and The Peddler in El Sobrante I bought my wife a new Schwinn. The staff went out of their way to customize the fit to her as she is only 5ft. The sells staff and mechanics are very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with them.
