This bicycle shop is the best shop around. They are honest and do phenomenal work. I took my bicycle to another shop and was told I needed new wheels because they were bent. That shop tried to sell me new ones but I decided to get a second opinion and thats when I went to Inspired ride. They told me I didnt need new wheels, all I needed was for the spokes to be tightened and they needed to true the rims. They also told me my rims were really expensive ones (over $250). Im assuming thats why the other shop wanted me to get new rims, that were cheap low quality ones, so they could keep my high quality expensive ones to fix them and re sell them. Every time Ive gone to Inspired Ride they are friendly, polite, honest, and upfront with their pricing. They do a quality job at a great price. I will never go anywhere else for my bicycle needs!!! They have earned a customer for life!!!!

The owner try to sell me a BROKEN old part. I dont mind buying second hand parts so I can decrease my carbon foot print but when the owner try to act smart and give me other excuses by blowing smoke up my a$$ is just not right. I dont mind supporting small business but I do mind when that small business try to lie to get your hard earn money. If you make a mistake own up to it and do the right thing and not to charge a customer for more money. Parts break down and people make mistake but dont cover up your mistake and expect people to buy your BS.

Great little bike shop, and apparently the only one in Puyallup. Prices for service are very competitive and the owner really seems committed to customer service. If you are looking for a huge selection of bikes for sale, this is not the place for you, but if you are interested in personalized attention and supporting a great local business, this is it. Not sure what happened with the one negative review posted here, but our experience was extremely positive.

Took my Canfield Balance in for tune up and tire change. They were very helpful and helped me pick out my new tires. The guy there even called me an hour later saying he found a cheaper option for my new tires. Great service and tune up is cheaper in price than Bonney lake bicycles that is up further on Meridian. This will be my goto local bike shop from now on.

Took my bike in. At first the guy said he couldnt do anything to it, and wed have to wait for the tech engineer to look at it in a few day. After some convincing he looked at it. The problem literally took 2 seconds to fix, and we didnt have to pay which was great. Nice guy and glad we got it for free, just wish he had been more willing to help at first.

Great shop and customer service. Im a big guy, 610" 290, and needed a hardtail 29er that could take the abuse and Nyer helped me make the right decision with my Kona. I love the bike however I still managed to mess it up but they took care of the repairs under warranty in a timely manner. I drive past four other bike shops to get to them and its worth it.

Best investment I have made in cycling in some time. I am not a dedicated cycler; I ride for exercise. A tune-up and new handlebars and seatpost gave me a bike that was better than the day I bought it. This is a great shop with friendly and swift service. I recommend it to anyone in the great Puyallup area.

The owner (Nyer, I think) sold me a terrific Giant Simple 3 cruiser bicycle. I am extremely pleased with bike, and the honesty and quality customer service from the store. Great first time bicycle buying experience. I will be back.
