Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I have brought my bike in twice for repairs and they were able to do the repairs right on the spot with zero wait even though the shop was busy. On my first trip they even removed stripped bolts for me free of charge! This is an awesome local bike shop, please support them by buying your bikes and parts local!

This bike shop is the real deal, especially in customer service. I bought two brand new mtb tires, and one of them developed a split on the sidewall during my first ride. The gentleman behind the counter (the owner, I believe) gave me a new tire without hesitation. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Ill definitely be back for all of my bicycling needs.

Bike shops in general seem to have an attitude problem, especially if they hear you buy online, or from other shops. But I had a totally different experience with these guys, a simple phone call to ask for a favor and some advice and it was like being a favorite customer. An amazing change of pace.
