I really like this goodwill. But like every other goodwill it suffers from overly high prices. Specifically in the electronics. Out of curiosity I looked a few things in the store up online. Everything I looked up could be found much cheaper brand new at a number of big box stores. I want to support the Goodwill, I really do. But you guys are making it hard with these prices. I have a suspicion this is to cut down on resellers. Dont punish the people who actually want to use the stuff they buy. You make a lot with your high prices Im guessing. But you would sell double if not triple the amount if inventory if you just cut the prices a bit. A VCR that may or may not work and is missing the door, dented and dingy looking from 1992 is not worth $15. Just saying.

Clean great selection and busiest goodwill i have been too. My only issue was a last minute purchase, chair was too large to completely fit in the car and they had absolutely no rope or twine to use or buy. *Update 11/27 Sunday-I always seem to get some good finds here at this Goodwill, however todays visit was a bit frustrating since there Google page states they close at 7. The cashier did state that they always closed at six on Sundays, but we have extended our hours until 8 M-F for the holidays. Since I thought I had more time to browse I didnt get a chance to really look at what I came for.

The workers are sooo damn rude!!! I went to ask nicely for a job application, filled out, and then I have it back to one of the workers! Idk if she was racist or not but she was so rude to me. After I gave the app she told me, ok now bye, my manager is not here so bye.

I shop at all the goodwills in town and this has been my favorite finds store. Prices are not always cheapest, but $7 for a nice jacket is a steal either way. I feel like this location has a lot of new stuff every week. Good home goods and furniture selection.

This Goodwill is a gem!! I have found some of my favorite shirts, dresses, coats and jeans to cut into shorts here. I constantly find high end brands. Ive never been to any other Goodwill that even comes close to this location.

Excellent customer service, so many workers always willing to help you find something or just offer a basket or a cart if your hands are full. Everything was decently organized and good priced

Not a huge goodwill, but good selection on clothing. I usually find something in their sporting section to use as decoration or for sprucing up. Plenty of parking and good location.

Just the place to find a hiden treasure or two, then drive along the Capitola beach to watch the sunset.
