I have a long history as a shrewd, savy consignment/second hand shopper (Savers, Goodwill, Salvation Army and various privately owned stores) who also supplements these buys with clothing off the rack (Dillards, Soft Surroundings, Boston Proper and the from the now defunct, Cold Water Creek). I am sorry to say that these or similar off the rack brands are not available at the recently relocated store in San Jose at lest in sizes over 1 or 2. I will buy clothes other than these brands, but found nothing here. I will return in the hopes that something will turn up!

I love Savers! Every trip is a treasure hunt. This store is well-maintained for a thrift store: generally clean and organized. They also have a lot of nice stock, so you can usually find brand names and clothes with their original tags still on. The prices have gone up slightly in the past couple of months, but are still reasonable.

Savers has better quality clothes than Goodwill and theyre arranged by size, not color. Im not ashamed to say Ive gotten a lot of clothes and shoes here. The selection of housewares, pictures, etc. is good too. Their prices are great and they have frequent sales. Plus theyre always playing good music.

My favorite of all.the Savers stores! The staff is friendly and.appear to genuinely like working here which I believe says a great deal about the management staff & the company. I feel like their closing process could use a little fine tuning, but overall my experience is always great here

Rude staff that plays games with customers wanting to use the bathroom. The staff kept sending me from the front of the store to the back to get a bathroom key pretending to not know who had it. They refused to provide me with the managers name so I left.

If you need to save a few bucks this is a great place to shop around. The selection is always changing. I really like that they offer a discount in exchange for donations. It can get really busy on sale days, but its usually worth the crowd.

Pretty clean store. Helpful staff, plenty of stock, regular stock turnover. We donate here as well as shop here. The book section is actually pretty well kept up unlike most thrift stores with books.

Pretty well organized but overpriced. I left without buying anything. Thrift stores need to get a grip, if you price yourselves too close to low cost new retail you will lose sales.

Everytime I come in the staff greet me and thet are so friendly. The store is always teeming with bargan hunters so you know its a good place to shop. I love that store.
