Ive been to a few dollar tree stores in the bay, but this was my first time at this location. This location changed my mind about dollar stores. It was clean, organized, and let me repeat, it was CLEAN! There wasnt a ton of rude people bumping into you while you try to shop. It was a rather big store compared to others as well. I could have spent hours in the store just roaming around looking at things Ive been paying 3 times as much for at other stores. I found great little toys for my son because we are taking a road trip. I will be returning to shop after my trip. Ive never been so excited to go back to a dollar tree store :)

The cashier was wonderfully patient, kind, and professional but the manager was horrific!!! She walked by the loooong line of people waiting, some with only a couple of items such as myself and didnt take 5 minutes to get someone or open a register to help alleviate the line. If I had such a callous employee, I would have written her up, ....retail is a customer experience and she needs to find another line of work... Deplorable for a manager to not jump in and help but just walk by and ignore...SHAME ON YOU!!!

Store always have what you are lookin for, of course at dollar prices!!. There are so many things that you can buy for your house or apartment like dishes, drink glasses and pots and pans. Now the kitchen utensils may not be of the absolute best quality but if you need kitchen utensils in a pinch or just a short while then this will do you. You could do a lot worse buying from another store. And one last thing the customer service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly to me.

(May 1, 2012) Large store with more items than smaller nearby stores. Over last 2 weeks there has been a big improvement. Shelves well stocked, floors very clean. Store looks great! Checkout can still be slow at times.Dollar Tree does not seem to have flexible staff that can work in the isles and then open a register when lines get too long.

This is one of the better Dollar tree locations. They are supermarket sized and they carry things that the others dont. Great freezer section, and cleaning supplies. Lots of candy too! They have lots of beauty supplies and balloon section. Lots of parking!

There is only one to two good customer service associates that actually work here. The rest are rude and do not give you the time of day. Not to mention you can never find anyone to help you find something if you need help. Only come here if I have to.

This is the biggest Dollar Tree I have ever been. The store is bright and tidy. I like to come to this store to get a glass jar. For some reason, I feel that this store has the most glassware selections than other Dollar tree around.

This is one of the very few Dollar Trees that doesnt depress me when I walk inside. Its relatively organized, well lit, and spacious. For the basics, its hard to beat this stores value.
