The lady from guest services lied to me. She told me her system was forcing her to give me a gift card instead of the cash I paid and insisted I needed my receipt to get my cash back; I partially paid with a gift card which tells them how I paid by both methods. I went to the Target by my house and they were honest with me. Note to store manager your security guard and employees chat rather than provide customer service. Maybe they should do their jobs instead of lying to customers. Im an Airbnb host and are always buying stuff, but I will never turn to this location. Next time Im in your area to shop, Ill be going to the Saratoga store; they provide excellent customer service.

Do NOT buy Magic The Gather product from this place! This is not a support your LGS (Local Gaming Store) rant, but rather a warning. TWO times recently, once being today, I went into Target for some odds and ends. I needed a little pick me up and thought a pack of Magic cards could do the trick. BOTH times I open the cardboard encasing the pack to find the pack was already open. BOTH times there were cards missing, most importantly the rare card (the card with the highest expected value). This is ridiculous. Instead of a pick me, my morning has been ruined. Never buying Magic product again from Target and I will be warning all Magic players I encouter at my LGS to do the same.

Terrible system on thanksging for iphone. Waited in line for 2 and a half hours to be told at the end that the line was just for a waiting list and that theyd text me within 5 hrs and Im supposed to be back within 10 minutes of said text. Like Im just gonna sit there for 5hrs more. F u target for wasting peoples time on Thanksgiving. Go to Best Buy people. Way better!!

Busy yet efficient all purpose store. You can find basic items in almost every category except gardening. I purchased food staples and body shampoo along with some AA batteries, but my wife found that the gardening supplies were all cleared out to make space for other goods. Check out cashier was friendly but the exit door is limiting creating a customer back up.

Dirty restroom! Toilet paper was wet like it fell in the toilet or on the floor. It smells gross floors around toilet had little puddles of pee. We purchased a fire tv stick and it had someone elses information already input into it and we had to return it the next day. Other than that shelves are organized and somewhat stocked

Not too much to say, its Target, nothing really up market here. Its a pretty big store with groceries and standard target selections. The aisles here are sometimes pretty messed up, I am sure thats not because of the staff, but they may need to be a little more attentive.

Its just a big mess. Shoes are strewn all over the floor and inside the wrong boxes. Larger Targets do not have this problem, or at least there is some kind of order. The inventory is so-so, more often they do not have it. Its sad. Ill stick to Cupertino.

This is one of the good Targets, the kind you drive a little further to get to. Plenty of parking, very clean, well stocked, and good selection. The lines can be a little long sometimes, but they are usually pretty quick to get more registers open.

This is a great Target! With its large, spacious layout, it never feels too crowded and the aisles are easy to move through. Id give it 5 stars if they could make the queue process more seamless and save customers time wasted in lines.

I remember when this Target opened, I lived down the street and went there all the time. Big store that has just about anything. I used to even get most of my groceries there too since everything looked to fresh and so clean.

Always a clean store, carts are readily available, perfect amount of cashiers. Asked for assistance, and the store associate walked me to the item. Thank you!! Love it when I buy items and receive a free target gift card.

This Target location had a slow start, but is now my favorite in the area. It is well merchandised and seems to be one of the lead stores to get new product. They have a large electronics section that is well-stocked.

The store is well organized and the strip mall is worth seeing at night. I like the placement of the customer service booth and the restrooms. The cashier booths are swift enough to not make you regret the visit.

Went to buy plus size womans clothes, largest size I found 2X. But that size is actually maybe a Large. Yep found what I COULD wear in MENS DEPARTMENT. HA. YEP. REALLY Actually I AM happy with what I purchased.

Went in on Christmas Eve of all days and the crowds were actually not too bad. Staff seemed to be in better spirits than the rest of the retail crowd on several occasions during this holiday season.

As good a Target as all the others. They keep their stock up and qtys match the inventory online in case you order online and pick up. I had a problem with the Sunnyvale store regarding that.

The combination of Sprouts and Target together make a good convenient shopping trip. The store had a good amount of parking, a Starbucks, and less busy than the nearby Sunnyvale location.

Newer Target with adequate parking, friendly staff, larger Starbucks inside, and things (groceries, toiletries) were actually in stock. Parking is always easy and service is great.

If you purchase any food make sure to check the expiration date. Ive been to this Target more than 4 times and found expired food & drink products. Expired at leat a week or more

This is your average target. The staff is exceptionally friendly at this location, however, which makes going there less of a chore and a more pleasant experience overall.

One of the better Targets. Not usually too busy (all bets are off during the holiday season), generally well stocked, and pharmacists and staff are usually very helpful.
