I called the other day asking if they had a size that I could exchange for the shoe I had bought. They didnt have it but the worker said she could order them. I had gotten them for 60 and online they were about 160 or 170 im not sure, but she said there would be no fee and she would order them for the price i had gotten them for. I was also on hold fot about 20 minutes when I first called. I go to the store and the guy says I would have to pay the difference between what I had gotten them for and what they cost online which was bullshit. The guy didnt even know what to do, i ask him if i can exchange them for a size 10 and he says "wheres the size 10" then I tell him thay those are 10.5 and I want them in a size 10 he asked if I had checked if for a size 10 and i said yeah and there wasnt a size 10 then he repeats the same question. Well thats my rant, the shoes were a good deal but the workers dont know what theyre doing. What a waste of time. I dont know if that makes sense but yeah...

Horrible customer service and very rude. When I was trying to return a pair of Air Jordan 5s Retro they turned me away. The manager on duty was the one that turned me away because all the registers were "closed". I could clearly still see people on the store and she still turned me away. Not sure who that was at the door but she clearly had no customer service skills and professionalism whats so ever. I mean I get that theres one minute left to closing, but I was trying to return some shoes, not shop around. It would of taken another minute for that. But your allowing the 10 other people to continue to shop around and take there sweet time. Also this store doesnt carry Air Jordan 5 retros. What kind of an employee does that? Makes no sense to me just wondering was it necessary to be that rude to a customer? Useless and horrible manager, I would hate to work under her. I feel bad for all the people that work under her. Es un excelente tienda los qué trabajan ahí muy amables, tienen mucha variedad de ropa,calzado te sientes muy bien estando en estás tiendas lo recomendó ampliamente. Siempre nos han atendido muy bien, nos han dado opciones también por cierto muy buenas.

This Nike store is the worst Nike store that I have never been. I am a pregnant woman. I wanted to go into the fitting room with my husband one reason was I was so tired and wanted to sit down and another reason was I wanted to see the clothes on him. The shop assistant said:"you cant be there because of the policy." And then l told her whats the policy and I am pregnant.She still said no and she was so rude!

This is an outlet store so if you dont want to drive all the way to Gilroy this is the next best thing. A lot of good Selections and the customer service is awesome . The lines might be long on peak hours but worth the wait for a good deal. Clean store.

Horrible customer service and very rude personal. Asked the manager help me to fixed mistake with shippment address (which made by their employees). She refused to help me, just turned arround and left! Never will go there again!!!

You are not allowed in a fitting room with your child if your wife wants to enter with you. Only one parent is allowed. The only place where Ive been told what to do by a very rude personnel.

Modest selection comparing to outer Nike Factory Store in Bay Area. But staff are nice enough to refund my flat air cushion shoes without a receipt.
