The team there is quite AMAZING!! They are patient, friendly, knowledgeable and put effort into fixing your problems. I had an issue with my phone they walked me right through it. I had actually went to apple beforehand and they couldnt help me because of the genius bar isnt so genius at what they do. I talked to Nick and both Anthony and Robert chipped in to help expedite the process. Needless to say I was completely blown away from the level at which they helped me.
