this place was horrible. i went in with my phone (my wife is the main account holder) and they gave me more hassle than i have ever experienced just trying to upgrade my phone. my wife was due an upgrade and they told me they could "flip flop" it for us, so i could use hers, well an hour later they tell me they cant do it because she is a month away from her upgrade date.... and even with the upgrade, they told me the out of pocket fees would be over $200 for phones like the HTC one, or the samsung galaxy s5 (which i wanted and they were out of). so after an hour of them trying to figure out they couldnt help me, i left a little annoyed, but i thought they were doing their best to help me. i start heading back to work and a block down the road i see radio shack, so i stop in there, half an hour later and $54 dollars, i have the S5 i wanted in the first place, and an otter box case. i dont know who these jokers are, but they were trying to scam me for over 200 dollars out of pocket money that i obviously didnt need to spend. dont waste your time here.... find a radio shack and have a better day.

Recommended I come back the next day to get all sorts of freebies. I did. No freebies. Just a "special price" on an accessory package full of stuff I didnt want. Mistakenly opened my account with my first and middle name, instead of last, and it took 5 contacts via phone and email, over 3 weeks, to get it changed. Set up account with device protection which Id said I didnt want. Billed me for the free tablet that came with the phone I purchased. Failed to enter the apartment number in my address. Still dont know if Ill get the American Airlines miles, $200 American Express Gift Card or monthly discount for being a member of a credit union, but assume not, and that it will be another long, frustrating process to get what I was promised. Oh, and phone calls and messages sent to the manager, who opened my account, went unanswered. Total fail.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Went in to get an upgrade for a phone, was told that they did not have any Samsung 6 edge+ phones in stock. I asked the woman helping me to check if any other stores in the area had the phone, including stores in El Cerrito, and the woman had told me that no one had it in stock. Since I went to the El Cerrito Plaza to pick up some groceries and was in the area, I decided to check the Sprint in El Cerrito myself. It was disappointing to find out that the El Cerrito Plaza store did have the 6 edge+. I dont know why I was lied to at this location, maybe no one was in the mood to help today. Next time I will definitely just order online, its much easier and I will get much better customer service. At least robots wont give me negative and false responses because of how their life is.

My LG phone crapped out (again). I was getting pushback from LG and no help from Sprints online service reps. I walked into this store and within minutes, a helpful employee was ordering me a replacement. I made a call to check the status of the order today and the person on the phone was super understanding and helpful. I cant speak to all of the employees here, but the two I have interacted with were super nice and didnt make me feel like I needed to fight to resolve a problem that was caused by LGs shoddy craftmanship.

These people are the best. Only sprint store ive been to in the entire freaking bay area where people actually care. The manager Consuela is awesome. She, Raymone, Jonathon, and T were all super helphful when I was trying to upgrade to the s8+. Theyre good people who actually try to help you and dont as if they hate their job like most sprint stores Ive been too. If you want things done, go to this store. Theyre doing something right here.

I switched from T mobile to sprint today at this place! The price was way better than other carriers. Btw Those staffs are so cool and helpful, the company somehow declined my 750+ credit score (what a shame) but they tried everything to help me get thru that! at the end I had 5 lines open and got 4 phones with me. They also gave me a lot gifts thats very nice :))) very satisfied with the customer service A++

Not compliant with sprint policy. Would not provide promotional gifts that are advertised nationally. Theyre terrible at doing business and i went to the sprint store in Emeryville instead and got the job done.

Never go with Sprint. There are so many bugs with their system and the service is awful. I was overcharged $650 and Sprint refuses to refund my money.
