Ive been an AT&T customer as long as Ive had a cellphone. I went to the AT&T store, and tried to purchase 2 new phones, at full retail price, over $1300, and they refused to sell them to me, because I was buying them for my existing service, and it wasnt in their best interest, and suggested I drive to another city, and buy my phones from the Apple Store. I left the AT&T store and called 611 to ask why I wouldnt be able to purchase phones, for my service, at full retail, from an AT&T store, and the operator assured me I would, in fact, be able to buy the phones if I would just go back to the AT&T store. I went back in, with the 611 operator on speaker phone, and the sales associate told me, and the operator, that he would not sell me phones, and to go buy them at the Apple store, and that I was then free to take my service to any other service provider. What I got from that was, they dont want me as an AT&T customer any more. I will never go to this store again, and Im seriously considering switching service providers early, but Im definitely going to switch when my contract expires.

The sales reps push high-profit overpriced lousy accessories, like Bodyguardz screen protectors for iPhones. AT&T charged $45 for the Bodyguardz clear screen protector but failed to mention the so-called lifetime warrantee has a small processing fee of $16.95, about the cost of a new one on Amazon! My Bodyguardz chipped extensively after only 3 months of normal use (no drops) and Bodyguardz demanded $16.95 to replace it. I went to the AT&T store and they refused to refund my money. My wife dropped her iPhone and the Bodyguardz screen protector cracked but so did her iPhone screen. If the AT&T sales reps at the store hadnt pushed the Bodyguardz so much, falsely touting its ability to protect the iPhone screen and having a deceptive lifetime warranty with an expensive fee, I wouldnt be so disappointed in the this store. Dont listen to any product info from any sales reps in this store. Only buy what youve already researched.

Worse store every, went to see if I could get early upgrade. I was two days early, saleman more interested in selling TV service, tried to say, if I purchased it he could get me the early upgrade with manager approval. Did not want it for now will consider it later. Went to back room for manager approval of upgrade one second later informed manager did not approve. What a scamp!! You could see right though this saleman. He did not want to help because I would not purchase any other plan from him. BTY, I called two hours earlier to see if they had a particular phone and was informed only had one in green. Went to shore and they said they had 5 one in green and 4 in blue, knew it was the wrong store to go to right after that. Didn ot stick around after talking to saleman, knew did not want to deal with them after that. Not an honest store to deal with.

This place offers zero to minimal assistance. They could care less about an issue one might have with a phone. The guy I saw tonight actually kept yawning, and when I asked him what time they closed, he didnt even know. He said "I dont know, 6:30?" They close at 7. Then he kept looking at the TV screen while I was talking to him. I repeatedly made my case, my phone did not work correctly, etc. etc. He basically said there was no recourse at all. I went home and called an ATT rep on the phone, and he told me of an option for an upgrade that was not only very reasonable, but that the store dude, just NEVER mentioned. This is the third time Ive gone in there to attempt to solve my phone problems, and every time, they were very unhelpful. Tonight was the last straw. They really suck at this store.

If you are asian, African American, dont go to this store, they will try to trick you and make you pay more money for any products. I believed in good heart in people so never write a bad review but this is the very first time I need to write a bad one. This store will try to sell you as much as they can, they sale me a Samsung tab E and only notified me that Tab E is only 99cent with my new Samsung S7, but didnt mention about its a 2 years contract with a new phone line. So now I have 2 phone lines and will have to pay $150 for my phone bill for 24 months. Its a scam and ripped off costumers store. I strongly suggest if you are going to buy any products from here, ask more and be really careful.

Such TERRIBLE customer service. I went in there a few days ago because my phone was stolen and I needed to replace it, the girl at the door was pretty helpful for the most part but she got caught up with another customer. When I needed help with filling out my stolen insurance claim I ask another girl for assistance. Unfortunately I didnt get a name because she didnt have a name tag, but she was HORRIBLE the whole time she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing when I had a question. She was terribly rude and treating me like I was such an inconvenience. I will definitely never go back and if that girl doesnt like her job maybe its time for her to get a new one.

definitely noticed that the customers who put bad reviews are the ones that expect the sales people to ignore the 5 customers whove been waiting there longer than they have an address an issue that can be easily resolved over the phone. the sales people will treat you the way that you come off. if youre a jerk from the get go dont expect the rep to go out of their way for a resolution. obviously some people dont have day jobs; inventory changes everyday and is out of the sales persons hands. for all those negative review givers i propose we send some of those sales people to your job and give you a taste of your entitled and egotistical attitudes. =]

Do not call the land line for the store, it is horrible you cant get through to the store if you try no one picks up the phone. you physically have to go into the store. meaning if you have any issue with the product you buy in the store you cant get someone back on the phone you have to physically go back into the store. What this means, the business cards the sales reps give you the number does not work for the store. I tried the mobile phone number on the card and sent an email hoping someone can get back to me

DO NOT GO HERE. You can never call them directly, they try to push their TV services even when your area doesnt qualify! Worst of all they tried to steal my phone! I am still in an open dispute saying I didnt return a phone I returned. AT&Ts customer service is so bad it keeps getting postponed and they keep giving me false, nonsensical iem data as their defense. They just lie to you! They will let anyone order on your account so keep that information hidden if you ever enter the store. Ridiculous.
