Ordered a scooter replacement wheel. After three weeks it hadnt showed up. Email from the company said it had shipped and gave us an arrival date that came and went. Another email request resulted in "we will provide tracking in 24 hours" which tracking never came even after 4 days. We called in and customer service line is "leave a message and well call you back" but they dont call back. So I called in to the "place a new order" line and the guy "Stuart" was so rude. All I asked for was a tracking number, what online order company openly refuses to provide a tracking number they claim to have for an overdue package? When I finally got off the phone he called me back over and over and over until I finally put the number on my block list. Who knows what he would have said if I had answered, dont care to be harassed over a toy. Order at your own risk. I still dont know if well ever receive the wheel, and certainly the money wont be refunded.

I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. Dont even bother. This is the sorriest excuse for a business. I had ordered a parcel through their online system. Be careful it says there are three steps, when in fact there are only two. Moving to the third step (called review) will process your order. So much for a review! No where on the site does it tell you an estimated ship date, which is what I was hoping to see on step three before confirming my order. I tried to cancel the order but the customer service number they give on the site is fake. There is never anyone there to answer. All customer service, and I use that term loosely, is done through email. I had asked them to cancel my order. After waiting several hours for a reply I was told the order was cancelled and yet they processed it anyway. Plus they will not allow me to return the item or get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I FINALLY GOT THROUGH THE LINES TODAY WITH A GUY & TOLD HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON & HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME! WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE FALSE INFORMATION ON THERE WEBSITE. I BOUGHT 2 RANGE ROVERS FOR MY TWIN BOYS FOR XMAS WHICH WAS A LITTLE OVER $800 DOLLARS. WHICH ON THERE WEBSITE SAYS IF YOU GET MORE THAN ONE YOUR ABLE TO GET DIFFERENT FREQUENCIES && OF COURSE WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY WERENT. NOW WE ARE UNABLE TO USE THEM BECAUSE THEY CRASH INTO EACH OTHER. & THEY DONT LET ME RETURN WHEN ITS THERE FAULT FOR HAVING FALSE INFO ON THERE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONCE AGAIN DONT BUY FROM THEM I KNOW WHAT I AM TELLING YOU! ITS NOT WORTH IT!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, Sales rep (said his name was Michael) asked me if I was on medication, told me I wasnt a big shot and wouldnt sell to me, called me stupid, hung up on me TWICE, asked if i had a fight inside myself and said they only talked to "cool" people there (whatever that means) Bought a car and the battery stopped working after 3 uses as well. BAD COMPANY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY! UPDATE: They continue to refuse to send a new battery even though its under warranty. They told me I have to take down my review before they help me. I have to now use a lawyer to contact this company as well as the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I had to write this review because I was amazed with the outstanding customer service experience that I had while dealing with TrendTimes. I bought two of the kids cars for my daughter- I lost the charger to the Bentley and when I called the company they immediately replaced it- I also love that they went above and beyond and asked me for my daughters name and they sent me personalized license plates for her new vehicle. I didnt have to argue or make a fuss- they made it so easy to resolve my situation- They have me as a customer for all of my super cool toy purchases going forward- Thank you TrendTimes- youre toys are amazing and brought great enjoyment and lots of smiles to my daughters face!!

The hobbies communities in the valley are small, everyone knows, rely on each other, and are genuinely doing all we do because we love it. Close friendships are created, fairness and honesty are never questions. This store or whatever does not represent a valley hobbiest . Keep away from this and all that this store is. Allow them to learn the lesson and they will go out of business. They have no deals, no support, and no honesty. There are still several store who are helpful, honest, and everyone working there are themselves using the very same products you want. Hobby action, Viper hobbies, and a few larger or more targeted stores are around. Please seek these out and not this tool.

When you work in an industry that values customer service and design toys for children you should also be one that values the lessons of life. Like honoring promises. When youre an adult promises become guarantees and purchases for children are made sometimes based on these. This company does not honor their promises or their garantees. Please do yourself a favor and go beyond the fancy website and research the company before making a purchase it will save you the headache of having to talk to someone in their "customer service" department.

We ordered an item and sadly its arrived broken. Trend Times immediately shipped us out a new one but it was not exactly what we wanted. They gladly accepted the item back for a refund which made us happy. I see that they have changed the way they do business so I gladly support this online business and commend them for realizing that their customers satisfaction should be their #1 priority. Paid for 2 day shipping they said my card declined after I called them 2 days later and I checked with my bank and there was no record of that.Very poor customer service,very hard to talk to a real person and they are very incompetent to the point that they dont even know how to use the billing zip code and not the ship to zip code do not try to buy anything from this store

Bought a $400 car for my grandson and it stopped working after 3 uses. Customer service hung up on me 3 times and refuses to send a new battery even though their website says it is under warranty for a year. If you want to waste your money, go ahead and buy something from this company. Garbage product, garbage customer service.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from trend time toys. Sorriest customer service ever!!! Website said delivery in 5-10 days. I called on the 10th day. They didnt even ship the item until I called to complain about non-receipt of the item!!!! The only reason they got one star is because there wasnt any option for negative stars.!!!!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER SEEN! I had a word with the customer service team during the payment processing, they were very professional and took my queries seriously and sorted them out within a short span of time. I bought an electric hover board which was quite nice in terms of quality. Highly recommended!
