Let me tell you about this store. First of all we all know who the owner of this store is, but when asked to apeak to the owner or boss numerous times, hes not available.. The guy at the front puts toys on sale but doesnt want to sell them. It seems if you ask for 5 dollars off comparing price to eBay or Amazon they say sorry, Im not budging on price.. Like the 5 dollars is going to make or brake them. Let me tell you something, to gain a client not a customer a client! You guys need to be a lot more friendlier there and not just think that you have the best prices or best store. Youre store is messy, toys are scattered all over the place it looks Terrible. Take some time on a day you are closed and clean that place up from top to bottom, and put toys up for sale that you actually want to sell, not just have people looking at them when they are 10 to 20 dollars over priced. Ive been to most toy stores in the valley and have to say due to there ARROGANT customer service I will not and encourage people to think twice about checking this place out. There are far more toys stores in the valley that actually treat you like a client not assume you are a broke customer. Im out

Great place! My ONLY negative comment is its kinda cramped and its really hard to move around in there when its busy. Other than that the staff is fantastic and so helpful and happy to see you. Tons of toys to look at from superheroes to video game and anime characters, vintage and new, G.I Joes, movie and TV show figures, you name it. I like to go once a month or so to see whats new.

This place is simply wonderful! I collect DC action figures and they always have what I want. They have everything from Godzilla to Freddy Krueger. The staff is super friendly and always knowledgeable concerning their business. The only downside was at one point they had limited hours, but thats been pretty much fixed, and now have enough hours for all your geek shopping needs.

Just bought my first hot toy 1/6 scale figure from this store and they employees were just as excited as I was. They talked figures with me til my heart was content. I will never buy a hot toy or sideshow figure from anywhere else. Its rare you find an awesome store like this where you feel comfortable taking your family. Will continue to do business with toy anxiety

Great toys and collectibles. Even vintage toys and figures that will make you go... "Oh! I had one of those! My god, its worth that much now? And to think, I dragged my Han Solo figure behind dads car all the way to California." Dont go for Adventure Time stuff though because they dont have it. At least you can replace Han.
