On December 20th 2015 I was doing some last minute shopping for Christmas and I was trying to pick up the Nerf Sledgefire and the Nef Slingfire toys for my 2 boys. I went to the Toys R Us 7430 W. Bell Rd. and I easily found the Sledgefire but couldnt find the Slingfire but then after looking around I found one! I put them both in my cart and before I knew it I saw an employee trying to take my items out of my cart and put them back on the shelf.....I told him that the items were mine and I was planning on purchasing them. 2 mins later the same thing happened and yet again I had to tell the associate that they were in fact my items that I was planning on purchasing. Well a couple mins later it happened again but this time I wasnt so fortunate and my toys were put back on the shelf. Well at this time I was infuriated and then I hear a customer say "I found it" and I see her with my toy (apparently the Slingfire was a very hard toy to find) so needless to say I was now forced to drive from one Toys R Us to another .....with NO luck whatsoever. I finally arrived at my 5th Toys R Us which was located at 12801 Tatum Blvd. I went to the toy aisle and again was disappointed to find out that they didnt have the Slingfire. It was at this time that employee Jonathon Moroneso approached me and asked me if I had found what I was looking for. When I told him the story about what had happened to me at the Toys R Us at 7430 W. Bell Rd. rather than wish me luck in finding the item, he took me over to a computer and told me that he could order it for me and have it arrive at my door before christmas. I couldnt afford the shipping to have that happen so Jonathon called his manager "Tim" and they both sat with me and came up with a resolution. The manager Tim said he could credit the shipping costs so that it would be like I didnt pay shipping. So I made the onlilne purchase with Jonathon and on Christmas eve I received my package at the door and my kids were able to receive the gifts they had asked for! If it wasnt for good customer service like this my kids would not have opened 2 gifts that they had hoped for. I thank these 2 wonderful employees for making our Christmas complete and I will ALWAYS come back to this location to shop.....even if it is 25 miles out of my way!!!

Horrible, consider this... The return policy on electronics is 45 days in original package only if not opened and not used. So I bought my son an r/c car ($70), 15 days later IT stopped turning left or right. The manager (Valerie) said it has to go back to manufacturer. Valerie was also not helpful as she said, "Ive never worked with Tonka so I dont know how that would work." But she did make it alright because she said, "That must be frustrating that the car will not turn, I am sorry." Also the optional warranty of 15 months is not through ToysRus, but through another company, so you cant just bring it back to the store and get a replacement (unlike what the cashier tells you at the time of sale) I would say more, but then this review would get flagged. NEVER AGAIN WILL MY FOOT CROSS THIS STORES ENTRY

Horrible, horrible, did I mention horrible customer service. I had asked someone for help and they walked passed me as if I wasnt there. I asked my husband to find someone because maybe it was just me. He was also ignored! When we finally figured things out on our own and went to pay the employee at the register conveniently was no longer helping customers. We waited and my husband was ready to just leave, finally an employee walked up to assist us. This is absolutely ridiculous! I worked in retail management for over 10 years and I am completely appalled by this experience. Do NOT shop here. You are better off ordering online.

If youre looking for customer service, you wont find it here! Also, the store layout doesnt seem to have any sense whatsoever and the amount of stuff crammed in there is mind boggling. However, that being said they do seem to have good sales and clearance. Their regular prices always seem to be a few bucks more than Walmart, but their selection is a lot better so maybe we pay for that? Its a lot closer to me than Babies R Us, so I put up with the negatives to take advantage of a sale or clearance. Wouldnt go in there for regular priced items unless it wasnt something I could order off Amazon or find in another store nearby.

I remember as a little kid looking so forward to going to Toys"R"Us! It was an adventure and a shopping trip all rolled up into one. Those were the days, but nothing lasts forever. Yes Toys"R"Us is still here, and they are still selling toys, but something is missing. Maybe its the lack of customer service, maybe its how the store looks run down, I dont know but its something. Probably one of the oddest things are the sales where they always have something like buy 4 and get one free. I still come here from time to time, but it certainly does not live up to the memory.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!!!! asked an employee where I could find a toy I was looking to buy and they come in various sizes and he said they only had the little ones but he lied ! Because I found the big ones. He was probably too lazy to look for them. And when I was paying the girl didnt even acknowledge me . she was talking to her co worker. So I was just staring at her and said "hello." And she said "hi!" And her face looked like a deer in headlights. Save your money and dont come here ! Go to the one on 7 st and bell ! Theyre awesome. God I hate this location.

We tried to return a un opened box of diapers that Toys R Us had sold one of our neibors but were told we needed a reciept or the CC number. The diapers were donated to us by our neibors who had arranged a fund raiser for our child who has been in the hospital for 3 months. Toys R US would not even let us exchange them for a bigger size. We are currently trying to make ends meet with all our bills. Thanks a lot Toys R US for all your help and understanding! John Mayer Scottsdale, AZ

The store reeks of mold. I dont get sick, havent needed to see a Doctor in over 7 years, but being in this store for 30 minutes (took me that long to navigate to find the few things I needed) has me fighting bronchitis. This store is a health hazard, especially to the employees and should be visited by the health department.

This place has a lot of great kids gifts. I cannot help but notice the quality of childrens toys has decreased over the years. I am not sure if that is their fault, but if you Google the reviews for many of the toys they have mediocre reviews. I would like to see them return to more quality childrens toys.
