I did not have a similar experience with this Babies R Us. Every time we go in there, the employees are just standing around, and no one ever greets us or asks if we need help. We have had to return/exchange several things from our baby registry and every time is a hassle. We are lucky if we can even get one of the five people standing around at the return desk to look at us. We tried to return a high chair off our registry (yes, I know it was technically expired, but we had the receipt and it was unopened). We just wanted to get a smaller high chair that fit better in our home. The lady argued with us forever about why she could only give us $80 for a $150 chair, even though the receipt shows someone paid $150 for it. It was past the 6 month mark, but we hadnt needed a high chair yet because our little one was too young, so we hadnt even thought about wanting to exchange it yet. The worst part is, they refused to give us even the sale price for it (which was $120). Also, the manager didnt bother to come speak with us on our request and the employee claimed she didnt know the managers name. Also, for a fairly new store the bathrooms and nursing room are always filthy.

Good place to go when looking for toys. But Im disappointed that they INCREASED THEIR PRICE for a hot Christmas toy!!!!!!! They would have gotten 5 stars if it wasnt for that. I bought Hatchimals from them at 54.99 and a week later they are $70??????? Price fixing anyone??????? Why would you do that to your customers??? Maybe think about how that comes off to people. I dont like it when a company PRICE GOUGES THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything else if pretty great but I will have this memory for your company FOREVER!!!!!!!! AND ESPECIALLY FOR BLACK FRIDAY WHEN EVERY OTHER STORE, LIKE WALMART HAS THEM AT LESS THAN $50 FOR THE OCCASION!!!!! Other than that, you guys rock.

This is definitely the cleanest toys r us Ive ever been to. But it still only seems to have teenagers working with little to no interest in helping the customers. I feel I have to hunt people down to get any additional help. Now when they are helping its no problem. Just finding them is......

do not buy any video game hard ware , i bought a wii u for chrismas a week later kmart put a better deal , I went to get a refund and the manager toll me that there is no refunds on electronics. but i learn from my bad experience , good bye toysrus!!!! every other stores do price match.

Worst customer service at the the return desk? An ID required with a return w/ a reciept...really? Im not really mad about the policy but the way the employee handled acted when I questioned the policy. Very rude and inconsiderate.

I walked around the store aimlessly for over 20 plus minutes never running into an employee to direct me toward the toy I was looking for to finish off my terrible experience the store had one cashier for 12 cash registers.

Called this location 4 times to ask about a toys availability...i was placed on hold for twn minutes and than hung up on. The other three times I called they did not answer. Calls were placed at 230PM.

Our out of warranty battery died on our 12volt range rover rideon. The store manager exchanged the battery for free with no hassle!
