I was in the market for a new rifle and came across tombstone..They had the item I wanted in stock so I called to ask question about the item due to the item having previous qc issues in the past and the lady that answered did not seem to be able to answer my questions ( it was fine) I kept getting put on hold so she could ask others and still was left feeling unsure if I got correct information...I then noticed tombstone offered a lifetime warranty on the item so I felt better in taking a chance and put the item on layaway with 400.00 down..so the next day I called again to see if I could get someone on the phone to answer warranty and qc questions but nobody answered and the automated system seems to be screwed up so I used the website to email ...later in the day I got a phone call from someone from tombstone that pulled the rifle and was looking into some of my concerns and he had to go get another one because the one pulled for me had some of the issues I was concerned about so the guy said he would go through and pull the best one they had take pictures and send them to me which never happened ....so I called the following day spoke with the same guy and he said he got busy and was still busy but would for sure send the pictures that night .. I got out of work around 11 30pm that night still no pictures...so I said screw it Ill just pay it off and if I have issues Ill deal with the manufacturer..I go to log on my account to get exact amount owed and come to find out their system crashed and lost orders mine being one of them and once again they are to busy to take calls so I email ...I later get a response telling me to be patient they are working on it..so this being my first time dealing with tombstone Im getting very concerned so I wait till the next day and call to see if there was an update and I got ahold of Robert and he said he would take care of this ....he answered many questions and finally sent pictures but had to create a new order he then said he sent the email with the new order number and took the remaining balance payment and then said Ill receive the paid in full invoice email as well and the rifle would ship Monday...well I still havent got those emails and I texted the number he sent the pictures from saying I still havent received the emails with no response I also emailed once again earlier today no response and I tried calling a couple times no response so I gave the company 692.12 and cant even get a response on why no confirmation email.. I am not going to say this is a bad company Im only speaking on my personal experience and it could just be bad luck on both parts with it being the holiday season but Im not made of money so if I give a company my hard earned money I just expect better communication and quality of customer service...Ill change my 1 star if and when this gets resolved..

I recently purchased a new Glock pistol on 2/12/2017 at Tombstone Tactical in Phoenix, Az and received the new pistol with a missing tab on the box. Had I know it was missing before they accepted my cash I would have passed on it for that missing item. I own several Glock pistols and everyone of them are mint. All of them are in factory configuration with no upgrades or modifications. I collect them, carry them and shoot them frequently. So I like them to be complete. Also I asked the guy if he can get one from another box and he said that they dont come off the other boxes which I know is a flat out lie. Like I said I own several Glocks and the tabs come off. So I told him would you buy a new car with a missing door handle and some worker guy comes out of left field and replies I would. Now if he went out of his way to make a smart remark he could have easily help us out with our situation. I told so many people about this place begin one if the best shops in town. I just hope they dont have an experience like we did. We drove 300 miles round trip to purchase my pistol and not only that I also purchased a new lower. My first experience there was great. So thats why I went back, but I will not be returning any time soon or ever. I dont think the owner would have appreciated his workers making smart remarks to customers instead of helping them. I will be contacting the owners.

Inquired about an item stated was instock and 54 available on their website, am local in AZ so expected to be able to pick the item up. Contacted them to inquire about tax and since they have a local store (most any store does not charge an FFL transfer fee if bought, but they charge tax when sold local) I expected no FFL fee making the cost to buy local close to online since I had to pay ahipping, insurance and then incur a local FFL transfer. Much to my surprise, they not only charge sales tax 8.6% normal, but also a $35 FFL transfer fee even with a CCW, but not for local LEO. At that point they even stated, it was not in stock, would have to be ordered, when I questioned their fees and told them it could be obtained by others online without tax, they followed up by stated it could not be obtained thru their distributor (btw: their supposed to be a authorized dealer for this item and state 54 instock online) and told me to go buy it online instead. I will take their advice, no tax and most local FFLs only charge $20

Would not recommend. The 5 times Ive been there to resolve the same issue, not only were they beating around the bush pushing it off for "tomorrow" but it was just horrible customer service. Guns that are said to be in stock are not in stock. They wanted me to pay a fee for their incompetence. Considering my experiences and all the other reviews this place needs new management. FRIENDLY ADVICE if youre looking for a gun just go somewhere else. Anywhere else. What they couldnt do over the course of a full week, I got done in 30-40 minutes at bear arms in Scottsdale. And the fat Jew who wears his islamaphobic shirt on a daily just has that face you want to punch. Especially after his bad customer service. P.S being a legal owner of many firearms and have purchased at various other stores. We are well aware of the process. Therefore would never have a kid read off the form to the purchasing adult. I stopped reading at that because that just ruined your credibility, idiot lol

Searched all the common websites (CTD, SG, etc.) for a fairly hard to find magazine; only place I found was directly through the manufacturer and they wouldnt ship to my, ahem, wonderful state of Illinois. They did however recommend a few places to try - thankfully Tombstone was one of them! I called sales last Thursday morning, spoke with Carlos. He was professional, friendly and had several of the mags in stock (for almost half the manufac. price). Ordered 2 and they were in my mailbox Saturday morning! I am beyond impressed with these guys! The friendliness, the inventory, the speed! I will go out of my way to visit next time I am in Phoenix and will certainly keep the website as a favorite! With one simple call for a simple product, you have made a lifelong customer who will be recommending you to all of my friends and coworkers. Thank you so much!
