Although I was not actually seen by the eye doctor, I have to give a negative review based on my strong impression. I had a question about the contract which said that the doctor will sue you for $1000 for any negative review through any media. Upon asking the doctor about this stipulation, he responded with a very sharp "What do you want?" and then "Sign it or I cant see you" without even trying to answer my question about the contract. He even admitted openly to having a negative attitude and not caring about it. Its fine to have a contract, but then the next part is to follow up with questions and with a warm demeanor... especially if someones care is in your hands!! Anyway, I didnt sign the contract so I can at least tell everyone that I had 0 confidence in going to see the eye doctor, because I care about the quality of medical attention that I receive. I would look somewhere else, personally.

Very easy to make a next-day appointment, and very affordable at only $49 for a basic exam, $15 for the field of vision tests, and $20 for dilation (which I didnt do). From arrival to departure was only 45 minutes. Dr. Bhakta was very nice, personable, and helpful. Based on another review, I expected to receive an "anti-review contract" (basically, a paper you sign stating they "own" any reviews you write and therefore have the legal authority to request their removal), but I was only asked to sign a receipt of HIPPA practices document, which I actually didnt sign because I couldnt read the itty bitty print but it didnt prevent me from being seen. There wasnt any pressure to buy the glasses there either, I told them I was buying a pair at Sams Club and they gave me my prescription without any hassle. Id definitely return to this Walmart to see Dr. Bhakta again!

Very unprofessional. the staff had lost my order for my glasses and here I am waiting for over two weeks, I finally call them and they say doesnt look like we have you in our system and that I didnt order glasses. Obviously I did because my glasses were broken and they told me they had ordered the lenses and would be in no later than 10 days! Rude! Unprofessional! Disrespectful!

The staff was unfriendly . The vision specialist apparently left early for the day and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was sent away. Is a phone call to much to ask? I drove 30 minutes to get told to go home. Didnt offer to reschedule or anything . Very poorly managed.

They dont accept Always Care Insurance for Eye Exam, even though the insurance carrier says they are supposed to, they will only take it for the materials.
