Thank you to David for your OUTSTANDING Customer Service in helping me pick out my new glasses. Your expertise was amazing and your attention to detail are what I appreciate. Thank you for giving me all the time I needed to chose the right frame for my face by not rushing me and addressing all of my questions. PerSpectacles was unhelpful and pushy when I bought the glasses, and were even worse when they turned out to be defective. The lenses that I paid big money for crackled and they refused to help me take care of it, and then got angry when I asked for information about the manufacturer and coating so that I could take care of it myself. The owner was arrogant and obnoxious, and told me he had more important things to worry about than my glasses...like what?!?! IDIOT!!! If you want to pay too much for a defective product go to PerSpectacles.

I cant recommend PerSpectacles highly enough (give me a sixth star, here). Great, friendly staff. Always VERY helpful and they stand behind their product. I had a lens prescription from another doctor and called David at PerSpectacles with a request that he put the prescription in some antique frames I already owned. He knows how to work on antique frames and did a great job. The pricing wasnt cheap, but it was certainly fair. I highly recommend this company.

Everything about this place is just fantastic. The interior is very modern and welcoming, the set up of all of their designs is easy and simple, the best part of all is David. He is so helpful and his passion for eyes really shows when he speaks to you. Dr. Castro was so knowledgeable, even in the brands of contact solution, with everything and he was very comforting. I finally found a place for all of my eye care needs. Today I lost my glasses and in every place I called they told me that i could not get glasses today. Exept for this place that went out of there way to find me some similar to my prescription while mine were ready. I love the personalized attention given to me and I recommend them to anybody. And trust me i called a lot of places, even large retailers.

Even after moving out of state and returning the first place I called was Perspectacles and immediately heard that familiar voice. The difference between here and other optomitrist, is here you feel like family, not just another patient. Could not reccomend enough 6/5 stars.

This is the antithesis of LensCrafters, people who take the time to work with you, know what they are doing and make you feel important. David is a master optician, took the time to work with me on the correct glasses for my face shape etc....Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great new pair of glasses, contacts or new lenses for their current frames!!!!!

I purchased a designer pair of frames about a year ago and my kids got to them and broke them. I called and they had me come in and mailed my frames off and David gave me a temporary pair that fit my lenses right there on the spot free of charge. Dr. John is so nice and the optician takes the time to listen and talk to you when it comes to learning about new items. I love the guys here plus their easy on the eyes.

Ive bought two pairs of glasses here this year and both times it was totally painless and a good value. When I returned to have the frames adjusted, they took care of it without cost, twice. I dont know of another store in the E. Valley that offers so many choices and such great service. I will return again.

I was not at all impressed with this place! My daughter went there to get contacts and new glasses and they werent helpful with the process at all. The prices were RIDICULOUS! We got the same frames she tried on there for less than half the price somewhere else.
