The doctor was professional, so no problem there. But I got to my appt on time only to find out they were running late. I waited over an hour before the doctor was able to meet me. I left work early, something not easy for me to be able to do, and think they should have had the courtesy to let me know they were running behind that late. When I suggested that to the manager, she didnt seem to appreciate my suggestion or agree that they would be able to do that. Not going here again.

EVERYTHING WAS OK BUT THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST UP FRONT SUPER RUDE!!! I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AND ALSO DO FRONT OFFICE AN NEVER HAVE I TREATED PATIENTS THAT WAY! HAD MY EXAM 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO CALL TO PICK UP CALLED TWICE TO FOLLOW UP AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS SO RUDE ABOUT IT TOO! BUT IF I WOULD HAVE PAID THE EXTRA 35 BUCKS THEY WOULD OF "EXPEDITED" MY GLASSES ALL THEY LIKE IT TAKING MONEY AND SITTING ON THEIR ASS ALL DAY WHILE THEY ARE ON THEIR CELLPHONES!

The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude from the moment I walked in . They gave me dirty looks and they all seemed like they were in a bad mood. I also updated my stuff from the previous visit I had which was a long time ago and they still called my old phone number so I had to personally call to see if my glasses were there because they didnt update my stuff. Definitely do not recommended coming here at all. These people need to learn how to treat a patient

Kathi was very rude and didnt seem to be happy to help. She was outside smoking about when I got there, then she went inside and loudly asks, "How can I help you!" So sorry for interrupting your cigarette break lady, but I really needed to place an order so I just let it go. She does need some serious customer service training. I also found out she didnt update my contact information, seriously!

The ladies at the front are all so rude and snotty. I came in and was super nice and she treated me like i was from another planet. Also gave her coworker dirty looks and then pointed at me thinking i didnt see. Shes been this way for the past year ive been here. Also they kept saying "jesus christ" about EVERYTHING. DONT COME HERE. DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

They had me waiting a half hour after the apt. The dr. examined my eyes super fast so they could deal with another upset patient. Went back to see how my contacts were and of course my perception was wrong. Waited two weeks to receive no call that my contacts were ready. Im Very upset with this place

If there is anyone trying to find an eye glasses or needing eye exam, please go to any other place but here. Receptionists were very rude and make customer very uncomfortable. I am quite not sure if the owner of the place knows people are running the store like that.

Very unprofessional. The two clerks at front were not helpful. The manager got my glasses prescription wrong and had to wait almost a month with no call from them to get my glasses

Worst service. The lady so rude. I scheduled for my 2 kids and they only took one in after an hour wait. She said they were behind.
