My first experience here was to be blown off. The person who talked to me told me to get in touch with Braiden. I emailed a few times, he emailed me to say hed think about how to do the tattoo I pitched him, and then simply never got back to me. I went back a few months later and started to get some work done with Sam. Pros: he is a great artist, and the work he did looks good. Cons: he doesnt believe in getting set up before the appointment, I was waiting around a half hour on average, up to an hour at times. They have a Tapout special where they go as long as you can take it for $500. The trick is they start late, and take long breaks. Once he told me hed finish up the Tapout on the next session, and when that session rolled around he tried to charge me for the full time. The last session we did was for a trade, and I told him all I wanted was to finish up the piece. At the end of that session there was still a large empty space on my inner-upper arm, and it clearly looks unfinished; I didnt notice until I got home and looked at it. I asked him if we could finish it up. I wasnt upset, I wasnt a dick about it, overall it looks awesome, but anyone who looks at it is going to think it isnt finished. His response was completely out of line (especially considering ive spent over 2k there.) The only reason im giving 2 stars, is because if you can handle all the unprofessionalism, his tattoos look good. Ill be tossing his business cards in the trash, and taking my business somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment and paid a deposit. Showed up for my appointment and waited for a half hour outside, no one ever showed. I called and called and left a message. Drove by several times throughout the day as I took the day off of work to make this appointment. Drove by and left messages several other times over two weeks and never received a callback. Finally reached someone who said theyve been there the whole time and they dont do refunds. They were supposed to call me back after talking to Chris a week ago and havent heard a thing! Think they are in the business of taking deposits and not fulfilling their end of things. I clearly dont want to reschedule when they didnt even show for the first one. And I dont want bad business to start inking my body! Unless you are getting a tattoo same day I wouldnt suggest going with this company, or paying a deposit for a tattoo that may or may not happen.

I paid for a tattoo from Matt. Due to time constraints, I had to go back to finish it (add color). After my tattoo had healed, I contacted Matt to make an appointment to finish the tattoo. Matt told me he was working on a large job and would call me to go in later that day so he could finish my tattoo. When I didnt hear from Matt, went in to talk to the owner, Chris, who told me that Matt doesnt work there any longer. Chris told me he would take care of me and finish up the tattoo. I am now going to have the tattoo removed because I have left Chris two messages with no return call. As the owner of this business, Chris should be a person of his word. Do not go to this shop. I paid for my tattoo up front and it is not finished. Nobody answers the phone and I dont trust the owner.

Shane is a phenomenal tattoo artist. I went in with a half-started outline and background on a comic book piece and he seriously amazed me. My tattoos transformation from something sketchy and scary into a real work of art looking like I stuck the comic book page onto my arm was made possible by Shanes patience and skill. Go there if youre sick of being disappointed by tattoo shops.

Best tattoo shop in the valley hands down! All of the local artists at Titan are incredible and there is garenteed to be an artist that can do whatever tattoo you need. All the tattoos are crisp clean and professional. My go to spot for tattoos in the Phoenix valley. Two thumbs up!!!
