Okay this was just a terrible place to go for body piercings. If you are in the market, I highly recommend going somewhere refutable like Koi or Iris. I know Ill certainly never stray away from them again. Heres why. So I went in and got my industrial pierced on one side, and my daith and conch pierced on the other. Everything with the industrial seemed great until several weeks later I noticed it wont heal and there is too much pressure from the jewelery in it. So this guy who pierced me made the amateur mistake of putting too small of jewelry in!!! Literally. You can see my ear indenting because it is too tight, and this is after the initial swelling of a new piercing has died down, which means it was wayyyy too tight in the very beginning. I recently went back in to see if they would put the correct size in for me for free. Nope. They refused. The lady I talked to even admitted it was visibly too small, and proceeded to NOT RECTIFY THE SITUATION. She even went so far as to be blatantly rude to me. She said "So you expect the money for the jewelry to come out of our pocket?" Of course I said yes. I told her THE JOB SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND THAT I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING THE SCREW UP OF A "PROFESSIONAL" PIERCER. I had to leave because I was going to tear her up if I didnt. So lets move on to the next problem I had. This just implies to me that their piercer Tyson has no idea what he is doing. He pierced my daith and then I had to sit on his table for LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES while he attempted to get ONE single ball on to my piercing. Are you kidding me? But wait. It gets EVEN BETTER! This idiot then dropped the ball to my jewelry and tried to send me home like that because he didnt have any others in the common size of 16G??? He said to come back in a couple days and he would put some in, at which point I wound up providing my own jewelry and was still charged full price after sitting there for almost an hour for one piercing. If I wait a couple days the jewelry will mostly likely come out and that is common sense! Not to mention I wasnt even slightly impressed with their sanitation and sterilization process. I gave him an eyebrow ring that had been floating around in my purse to put in my daith since he lost the only one he had and all he did was spray it once with some stuff. Ive always gone to Iris where they pride themselves on their hygiene practices for piercing, so maybe that is what to expect in a small time place with a seemingly untrained piercer. I literally have done a better job in my high school bathroom piercing myself when I was younger. Never again will that place get my money and I hope you boycott them as far as piercings go too, at the very least. So their customer service is terrible. The woman I talked to was absolutely useless and rude. Their piercer is incompetent. An amateur at best. He is obviously not ready to be doing less than basic piercings.

I was lured into this shop by the prospect of a major sale on piercings. $20 for a naval piercing WITH jewelry. Sterile technique was sub-par (she blew on my skin after wiping with alcohol) and the process seemed to take a long time and was quite painful. I went home and my piercing gushed blood for 5 hours. I tried to call the numbers on the business card three times, calling the shop, the artists personal number, and their sister shop. No answer in 5 calls. Finally, I ended up calling Koi because I know they always answer the phone and they know what they are doing. Koi told me to come in, and they took excellent care of me. They cleaned it up (had never seen so much blood on a naval in 15 years) and told me that the piercing was absolutely too shallow and would almost certainly reject within a year, leaving scarring. The jewelry that Wicked Sensation had used was low quality (hand bent and way too long) and we ended up taking the piercing out. Another lesson that you get what you pay for. I had been under the impression that a naval piercing is straightforward and easy to do--apparently its pretty easy to mess up. All things considered, Id never go back to Wicked Sensation.

Ive been meaning to give my review for a while now, but felt bad because I was referred by a family member who is friends with some of the people that work here. Me and my husband got our first tattoos a couple years back as part of a memorial day promotion, and at first we were happy with the results. I got black birds on my back, but within a few weeks it had turned to a light gray and never returned to the original color. I called the shop and they said I would have to pay the price of the tattoo again to fix it. Im glad I ended up going to a different shop, 27, because they told me the guy had scarred my back really badly while managing to not put enough ink for the color to stay. I will never get a cheap walk-in tattoo again, only by appointment after a consultation where I can check their portfolio and reviews.

Sara is the worst hair stylist I have ever had. She DESTROYED my hair and did a completely different job than what I asked for. I asked for a caramel brown ombre and she made me a platinum blond and when I tried to complain about her she claimed she did nothing wrong and wouldnt do anything to fix it. My hair was falling out and breaking off after going to her and I had to go to another salon to get it fixed and paid a ridiculous amount to fix the horrible job she did. Shes incredibly unprofessional and needs to be retrained on her hair techniques. Do not go to her do not go to this salon. I have made complaints to the BBB and I hope she and her salon are held responsible.

I give A Wicked Sensation 5 Stars, because it is a good and friendly Environment everyone is nice and really chill. I got my tattoo from Michael that works there and he did an excellent job. I showed him the picture I wanted on my forearm and he did exactly everything in the picture but he also added a few things and the things that he added made it look 10 times better. I highly recommend going to go see Michael. Hes really nice, funny and really artistic. He stops for a quick second and thinks what he wants to add that will make your tattoo look better. So thanks again Michael because I really love my new tattoo!!!

I loved my experience here! I was lucky enough to have Kearson A. tattoo on my wrist. She took time to make sure it was what I wanted and made my design her own. Her line-work and creative skills are on point. All of the artists are amazing and have fantastic work on display. Two of them were self tattooing while I was there, so I got to see their skill as well, and can tell that A Wicked Sensation is picky about the talent they employee. I highly recommend and will be going back without a doubt.
