Came in for a spur of the moment piercing, I have never been in a shop so welcoming and clean before. Everyone was eager to assist the piercer went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening and how to take care of the piercing afterwards. I noticed they have a board with specials on it they are very customer oriented I love that !!! I would recommend this place to anyone and advise for them to check out their specials awesome I will be going in for more things for sure !

I had never gone to this shop for a piercing, i decided to check them out. They seemed friendly, i got my dahlia piercing from cameron. He messed up one side, so he repierced it again. The piercings looked okay. I went home and saw i was getting an infection immediately. I dont know if i got a new neddle used on me but thus caused a huge infection almost leading to surgery. Worst experience ever, i do not recommend them at all.

I found the perfect place to have the tattoo covered that has been haunting me daily for several years. Donny went to extremes to make me feel comfortable and confident in my choice. I left with the most beautiful work of art, far beyond my expectations. Awesome little shop. They were able to squeeze my wife and I in for our second anniversary. The parlor was meticulously maintained and exactly what youd expect from a professional establishment.The Staff was courteous and helpfull throughout. We were treated with respect and patience while going over our design and got exactly what we wanted. I plan on returning for future pieces. Strongly recommend.

First time ever being in a tattoo shop... Wasnt as scary as I expected! It was very welcoming. I pierced my tragus and (having problems with other places in the past) I wasnt expecting much. But they went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable and aware of what was going on. Ill definitely return in the future.

Ive been getting tattooed here from this shop for 5 years! I have never needed a touch up, once! All the guys in there are fun and welcoming, every time I go in its like Im part of the family. Their prices are extremely fair, Id never go anywhere else. Go see the guys at Zen head!
