Do your body a favor and dont go here. I paid these guys a lot of money for a tattoo...and what I got is NOTHING even close to what I paid for. And yet they REFUSE to give me a refund. I went in to get a simple garter belt done on my leg. What I left with after 2 sessions was a cross between a hopscotch board and an elongated tic-tac-toe game with a pink zebra pattern. Its not symmetrical, Im not trying to be mean but it looks like it came from a 2nd grade classroom. He drew most of it freehand. I was horrified, to say the least. That a person with this skill level would be working in a tattoo shop. I was in hysterical tears by the time I got home after the tattoo artist permanently disfigured my leg, forcing me to get started on a coverup tattoo less than 2 hours after I got home from the shop. The original artist obviously does not have the skill to make the tattoo look even half presentable, so him fixing it for me wasnt going to be an option. He had an unnecessarily heavy hand as well. I dont trust him anywhere near my skin with a needle. So I asked for a refund. They refused. I asked for a partial refund, just to cover PART of the cost of getting a cover-up done. The cover-up is very expensive...my new artist has to work very hard and has already put many hours in trying to fix the mess the original artist made. They said no to that to. I mean...if your employee makes a mistake...a permanent, drastic mistake...and your business cant fix it, shouldnt you offer the customer some sort of compensation? I paid your shop for a tattoo that looks NOTHING like what I originally described, it looks NOTHING like what I wanted. Like I said, I was crying when I got home. I pay them $500 for junk. I mean, I know theyre trying to run a business...but what I pay them for is NOT what I received from their artist. I dont think that I should be forced to pay for something that I never wanted on my body in the first place, thats not exactly ethical. I really would still like a partial refund from these guys. When I first began working on this tattoo, I left a deposit for a side-piece that I was planning on getting done in the future. Because of this incident, I will no longer be getting that tattoo at this shop. It was only a $40 deposit. And they wont refund that either. The shop manager has done nothing to try and help me. So now Im out over 1k on a tattoo that should have cost me less than $500. Ive never been this furious, or felt this scammed in my entire life. Ive had to dip into emergency funds to get the work covered up, because yes, it really was THAT bad. Literally, the new artist that Im working with was more shocked than I am that the tattoo was done in a brick-and-mortar shop by an employed artist. So save yourself the pain, the disfigurement, and the financial loss. Dont get a tattoo done at EZ Tattoo. Their service is terrible, their artwork is terrible. These people have obviously never heard of customer service, and only care about making a profit. Go to a different shop, theres plenty in the area.

@Meagan, Im sorry you had a bad experience. I have only had good experiences at EZ so good that I have been going there for the last 5 years getting work done. James and Dan have both done pieces for me and I have gotten nothing but compliments for their work. In fact Iv gotten James so much referral work I joke with him about getting my cut. I was even in EZ tattoo one night when the actress Emma Stone came in to get some work touched up that had been very poorly done by some "premier" artist in NY. A list celebrities dont just let anyone ink there skin, it could ruin there careers needless to say Emma left smiling from ear to ear when James was done with her piece. Its always good to do your research on an artists before committing to letting them do anything on your skin but the only way to do that is to go meet a few look at their portfolios and see if their style is what your looking for, if not move on to the next one. In all EZ tattoo in my opinion is home to some of the best artists in the valley, all of them down to earth cool people that love doing good work. P.S. Even if you dont choose EZ whatever you do dont go to club tattoo!! their like the mcdonalds of tattoo shops haha

I am surprised by the negative review, I have been getting tattoos for over twenty years and now exclusively at EZ. My best tattoos have come at the hand of James, I get plenty of positive remarks, which have included someone going to get a tattoo from him.The price of the tattoo from the disgruntled customer, compared to the way she described it, seems excessive, which knowing EZ the way I do, it seems like she is making it up as she goes. Who knows why people say and do things, some people dont behave normally. I am a real person, with real tattoos from EZ and will be getting more soon!

I just visited EZ Tattoo and had my 2nd tattoo done. The staff there was great, and James my artist did a fantastic job. The color of my tattoo is incredible. The price is reasonable and James did a great job of explaining to me what he was doing and made feel at ease. Id recommend EZ Tattoo and James or Missy for anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing. Im new to the tattoo world and they were great to me. Anytime you can get someone who really loves what they do you have found the right place.

This was my second time to EZ Tattoo and I love the easy going atmosphere. This shop is clean and very professional. James has been my artist both times and I wont go to anyone else. Hes a fantastic artist and really goes the extra mile to make each design the best it can be. Both times Ive given James an idea for the tattoo I want and both times he has gone above and beyond what I had imagined. I am extremely happy with both my tattoos from James and will definitely be returning for more ;)

A few months back I had gotten a tattoo done by James. He was super patient with me and drew up multiple pictures until I picked the one I really liked. James did a fantastic job! I have a few tattoos and I have never gotten so many compliments on the hibiscus that he did for me, people come up to me all the time and ask where and who did it. I would totally recomend Ez tattoo its sooooo clean and the staff is so friendly!

GOOD luck trying to get an appointment here without driving there. You cant get anyone to answer the phone or return a message. I even drove by since its so close to me thinking they were probably busy and there was no customers, they were standing around talking so I got back in my car and went to a shop who does answer their phone. Not sure about how good their work is but their customer service sucks.
