I have never been treated with more disrespect and experience such low quality of customer service in my entire life. I shop 6 different locations 7 days a week garenteed. I am a loyal goodwill customer and the MOD was very rude to me so much so that I left there in tears. I had a shopping cart full of items and had spent about 3 hours like I usually do looking around. I ended up buying one thing, left the rest in my cart for her do so as she wishes. The customer service staff needs an attitude adjustment and maybe a class or two on public relations. I will NEVER step foot in this store ever again plus the cleanliness of the store with people just standing around talking about personal non sense is unprofessional and uncalled for.

The new store is clean. The product selection is eclectic with a good amount to choose from. They have deals and discounts every day but I personally enjoy going every other saturday for their big 50% off sale. IF YOU NEED BABY CLOTHES this is the store to be!- with a large selection of clothing, some of which has never been used. (Thank you first time Moms and Dads) All in all you can never go wrong with being a thrifty shopper in this economy!! They also take donations and even offer gift cards.

We are from Cali, and stopped here before going home... what a great place... its very spacious, and very clean. The prices were very reasonable and the employees were very helpful. I am not sure it was such a good idea to go before hitting the road home... had to find room for the things we purchased... quite a few things.. lol

I found two good pair of cowboy boots here. This location has good shady parking near the donation drop off to the east in the afternoon. They also have a good selection of books and music cds. They alto have a good of selection of office supplies and tools. Ive seen good dressers here too.

Horrible, I got an entertainment center and when I got to put it in my car they chose the newest and most clumsy person to help out, now my car has scratches on and on the Winton of the car because of the employee dropping it Never coming here again

Is this for real? Never, not once have I ever seen WRANGLERS priced like this at a goodwill. Three faded pairs, with holes, and not even selvedge or pre 1950. Who ever prices things here is smoking crack.
