I havent been to that location in a while and now I remember why! I stopped in to get a few items and when I got to the cashier, the young man was very polite. I paid for my items and got $10.00 cash back which I was given 2 fives. I stopped at the lottery machine by the door and put one of the fives in the machine and then a big red light started flashing. I got the attention of the girl in the customer service area and told her that the machine had kept my money. She yelled across the way and said its broken! See the red flashing light?! I said it only started flashing after I put the money in. She then decided to come over and she said I will see "if" there is any money in here. I said it is...I just put it in there...do you want to look at the film or something. She then opened it and there was money in it, a five on the bottom but she said that it wouldnt have been there it would have been on top....I am starting to see where she was going with this. Then another person came over. They really acted like I was just trying to get free money. Hello it was my money, so I told them that if they needed it that bad that they could keep it. As I walked away, I heard the older one say to the younger girl that she need to stop. In other words she said something smart behind my back. I came back in and asked for the name of the cashier and the manager. I wanted his name because he was the only one that had any manners. I didnt let them know that I had heard that comment because neither of them was worth my time...they had wasted too much of it as it was. True it was only five dollars and I wasnt really all that upset about it...I was upset with the rude,disrespectful, ridiculous way they handled the situation. Keep the five girls and buy some manners...

Horrible return policy! I went to K-Mart a couple of weekends ago because a friend of mine told me they were having a great sale. They were, I purchased quite a few things and spent quite a bit of money. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 pair of shoes I purchased did not fit well and hurt. When I attempted to return them today, I was told that the UPC # did not match any item on my receipt and was asked several times if I had the correct receipt. I have only been to this store once and had no other receipts. I was told that they could not accept my return as was not even offered store credit for a shoe they obviously carry. I dont shop here and was planning on making it a regular place to shop as its close to my house. I will not be returning and will tell anyone who asks me not to shop their either. I now understand why K-Mart is losing business.

The cashiers are lazy (young girls). I made an online order before around 4pm-ish. I was hoping to get later that night. So I went around 8pm thinking maybe they can just release it to me by pulling my order......Lol yeah right. I grabbed what I had ordered and asked if it could be done since it was later and I was there. The girls didnt seem the slight bit interested in seeing if that was an option. They told me no because it was not on sale which it was on their printed circular, that someone important had to pull it and that they couldnt do anything. I was disappointed because this Kmart is the closest one to me but still a good drive. Going home empty handed and having to make another double trip wasnt the plan. Oh well, so if anyone orders for store pickup just expect to not get it till the next day even though it says, "same day pickup".

Tonight I show up at nine pm to do some shopping and the doors are locked website say they close at 10 pm. When I called to ask why they are close when website states they are open for another hour they pickup and hang up phone without saying a word. I called 3 times and this happened. I have a shop my way account with 19.00 expiring today. This is not a customer friendly store. I will be contacting someone in regards to this matter

Was EXSTREMLY unorganized!!! I went to pick up my online order and It took me over an hour between waiting in line and for them to find my online my order which my order was only 1 item which was a shirt!!!! Employees seemed completely confused and lost as if they didmt know what to do!!! Crazy!!! But the prices were good lol!!! Next time I will just order and pay the shipping cost its worth it to save a headache!!!!

I have been here exactly an hour waiting in line for layaway with my 3 month old. service is ridiculous. not enough workers and seems like nobody knows what there doing. very upset and from a former managers perspective this is very unprofessional. its Friday night. I can imagine what its like on the weekend:-( this is horrible. more associates needed badly here

The selection and prices were ok, the staff here wasnt friendly even a little bit. They must have a lot of shoplifting because I could feel the distinct watchful eyes of those near me wherever I was. That made my shopping experience a little awkward but when you factor in the ridiculous lines I just left empty handed.

The employees are nice enough but never seem to have any knowledge regarding their department or always have to ask someone else. Its very difficult to find an employee if you need something and they typically only have 1 cashier, causing long lines and wait times. This store is grossly understaffed

Horrible the manager followed us around the whole time. I called to make a complant they cashier kept hanging up on me. Then they ask me for my id for a nutty professor movie. Now I see why they parking lot is empty and never have no customers who wants to deal with that...

TERRIBLE customer service! The cashiers have absolutely no idea what theyre doing and often have to switch registers because "somethings wrong with the computer". They only have about 2 registers open so youll have to wait in long lines. Absolute BS!

Service is awful just went to the store because their website said they opened at 7am and the store was closed. The manager (Matt) stated that they just changed the hours to 9am " are you serious? No wonder they continue to lose customers.

This store needs a serious system upgrade, better customer service and retraining in everything. Waited over an hour to pick up a layaway (paid off). Couldnt find our layaway or others. A refund and a sorry is all we left with!
