The store manager John would not sell me a tire for my vehicle because of a lack of comprehension of what load index is. My vehicle had 112 LR tires on it and he specified I could only use 114 or higher. My vehicle is a Nissan Armada with a GVWR of 6800 lbs.My 112 LR tires have a combined load capacity of 9876 lbs, far exceeding my GVWR.He emphasized his 35 years of experience with tires, but could not conduct simple mathmatical formulas in his head when computing gross vehicle weight and the combined load index of four tires. He would not even let me pay for the tire and have it installed somewhere else. I ended up going to a different discount tire to get my tire. The manager there didnt suffer from some form of idiocracy. Furthermore, the clerk that inspected my vehicle took tread depth readings from all of my tires from the deepest groove on the tread. This is very disconcerning especially when the tire I wanted to replace had severe positive camber wear on the outside shoulder and outer most tread. I will never take my vehicle here and would recommend no one take theirs as well.

$100K Brand New Super Car (Z06 w/ Z07 PKG needed street tires and race tires taken off) Super happy with this store/shop and the store manager John P. is the man when it comes to backing up what they say they will do. As cars get harder and harder to put on tires, a new piece of equipment was needed to do my wheels and after a week they had it and was making good on all their promises. Even some issues with the rims were rectified by his outstanding character to support what is right, showing great character. I heard him say, "I teach my kids the same philosophy". You go John, keep doing you and my friends and I will keep coming to your store as lifetime customers. Thanks again for the professionalism and candor. Having a nationwide tire shop is a VALUABLE resource for my to be Race car.

Went in because a tire on my car was losing air after 2 week of just getting them and it took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to patch one tire. Ill admit they started getting busy after about 15 minutes of me getting there but they removed one of my chrome caps that the VW dealer had no issues with because it was tpms stem and said it would damage it. I am fine with that which makes sense but you should talk to me about it and do it to all four tires not just the one you worked on. Also the TPMS warning light was on all the way home and it was because the tire they just fixed was low. Recommend pressure is 38 and they put it at 32. I wish they would pay attention to things instead of just doing whatever is the most common pressure.

We love this Discount Tire! We absolutely love all they guys! They are really great and work really well as a team! My battery died when I was in the parking lot and they all came out and pushed my Yukon into an empty bay and removed my battery and gave me a lift to OReilly. While I was gone fixed my tires so when I got back they installed my new battery and I was back on the road! Thank you so much, to all the Men at Discount. Thanks for taking such good care of me every time I come in!!!

Probably the best experience that i had in a tire place. Needless to say i was a lil worried about bringing in my brand new 19" Vosssen wheels to get tires mounted on them but the guys over there said they will take care of it and they did. Not a single scratch or ding, balanced it out perfect as well, all the weights are hidden. def 5 star rating. wheels were 19x8.5 and 19x10 with low profile 235/35 and 265/30 tires. thank you!

I am NEVER disappointed coming here! The guys that work here are SO polite! Always on top of a hello and so genuine! Watching the guys in the shop hustle and ALWAYS smiling and laughing! You can tell when a place is run well and workers are happy to be employees! It shows 100% at this shop! They have always done great work on my vehicle and make sure I am happy before I leave! The Service writer and Manager are very knowledgeable about their products. I requested to have the same tire brand installed, they didnt have in stock. It was very easy to have the tries transferred the same day. Also they are very respectful of your time and understanding that this is the last place you want to be. I suggest to check in online, that was helpful for me. This location is very busy!!!

Discount Tire has always been there for me when I needed them. Theyve fixed a popped tire for free when I was hard on money, and given me special discounts on rims when I cracked one of them accidentally bumping a curb. No matter what location I have gone to, the service seems to be the same. I will always bring my business here and why they deserve such a great review.

Ive replaced the tires on my truck twice at this location, and both times have been a breeze. Ive gotten very fair prices, the service is quick and all of the associates are very approachable and dont haggle. My tires are expensive, but I at least have peace of mind knowing my money wasnt wasted. You are in good hands here.

These guys are all about the commission. They try to make you think there is an issue with the tire that isnt covered under the warranty when a tire needs to be replaced. Dont buy the warranty because you never get to use it. Especially at this location. This is the worst site in Phoenix.

Excellent customer service. Quick fix and no nonsense. I watched as they handled each customer with the same respect as simple as responding with a "can do" attitude and going with you to your car before and after service. Tire problems are not fun for anyone, but these guys were great!

The atmosphere was pleasant and I enjoyed hearing the workers playing music and joining in. They worked so fast and hard but they took time to talk with you and explain whats going on and to help you make the right decision. I will definitely be coming back here!

I took my RV in to see these guys last Saturday just a couple hours before they closed. They GAVE ME 4 new tires on warranty - the warranty the previous owner bought! They even had it done by closing time. I was most impressed.
