Wonderful! I was just looking around at the mattresses and trying them out when one of the staff came up to me and asked if I needed help with anything (Her name is Tara and she was amazing at customer sevice). I told her I was just looking around and doing price matching. I was trying out the futon mattresses and explained to her that I have a tiny room and my Queen bed takes up too much space and is uncomfortable. Plus, I play videogames and sitting up in the middle of the bed hurts my back. I told her my plans of how to arrange my room and she was super helpful. She gave me estimates on how much the futon frame with mattresses would be. She also explained that instead of paying it all off in one go, I can do finances and if I pay it off within 90 days, then I wont be charged extra. She even gave me a flyer explaining how to sign up for finances. She is amazing and I appreciate how much she helped me.

I bought a cabinet here and made a big mistake in my approach to this place. Justin the manager handled himself extremely well through my aggravated approach towards him. I deeply apologize for my actions towards Justin and am woman enough to admit my wrong when due. I was wrong in this case. I want to put this review up to show that there are people in this world that actually have compassion for humans as a natural ensticnt and know how to manage properly and with utmost respect for people as a whole and excellence. Well Justin deserves this credit in the way he dealt with me. Thank you for treating me like a human. And even going beyond his position as a manager should or wants to when not having to. Good place to find good deals and items for fraction of the cost than in other stores.

They stock stuff in the wrong spot and then wont honor the price....I will never be going back or any other biglots. there are other places just as cheap and cheaper that actually know a little something about customer service.
