I have been coming here for years. I sell a lot of items online and drop off my packages at this location. For the most part, I have had decent service. But the last time I was there, I had to purchase my label at this location and felt a little misled. I dont know if its FedExs policy or just the stores policy but I brought in a package that was in the original box that used by the manufacturer and shipped by the manufacturer. I wanted to put a declared value on it and they told me that they had to open my already sealed box to inspect the packaging. The employee tells me that the packing is not up to there standards and I will need to purchase an additional box and packing from them if I wanted to declare a value. Which is really interesting because in the past I have been purchasing FedEx labels online and placing a declared value and dropping it off at this same location with no issues. But when you go in the store, they make you purchase there box and packing material. BTW the manager was right there only a few feet away putting his two cents in. Anyways, I was told a price which was absurd but because of how much time wasted already, I agreed. The manager decided to jump in and package my item and made a mistake of only putting one of my items in the box and I had two. What do you know now my pice I was quoted just jumped up much higher. I was really upset. The manager did not even apologize. I was there for about 40 minutes total and missed a movies I was going to go catch on top of that! I called FedEx customer service to complain. They didnt even care. Its been over two weeks and I have never received any sort of response to my complaint. I feel FedEx service has really gone down. More recently called FedEx customer service to get a quote on something and it felt like I was talking to a lifeless robot. I think I will move on another shipping service....

Our company used to regular this location a few years ago. We had them handle all our promotional, flyers, posters and banner work. But nowadays we avoid it like the plague. To be honest they have turned us off from using FedEx services alltogether completly. The staff here (with the exception of one young lady) is incredibly rude, unfriendly and incompetent. Ive had employees here roll their eyes and sigh at me for simply asking them to do their jobs. One employee I believe his name is "Besha" is always unkind to me and my employees. He is very unfriendly, cold and frankly unproffessional. Its a huge turnoff for customers and makes them uncomfortable and not want to come back. Another employee here is incredibly lazy and it took 10 minutes and me asking for assistance 3 times for him to finally do anything and when he finally did it was done incorrectly. I keep giving them chances and stopping by hoping for something different, but I must be a glutton for punishment because I leave disappointed and irritated every time. The prices have also just gotten incredibly unreasonable. But then again It seems each time I go we get different pricing for the same thing. Just last week a worker tried to charge me 7.50 for a 12 by 18 print on regular paper. If that isnt rediculous then I dont know what is. We wont be coming back.

My wife and I visited this Kinkos around 11:30 at night and there were two associates working there. We needed 100 double-sided color copies. The guy who helped us was extremely rude. He started out being very aggressive in his questioning of what we needed. When we told him about the copies, he asked us, "When do you need them?" I asked him, "What do you mean?" His response, "Okay, lets not play this game. Do you need them now or tomorrow or when?" The tone of voice was one of impatience and contempt. Overall it just seemed he was very aggressive towards me and my wife. I am sorry I do not have a Phd in copiology, but when I bring in something for printing at nearly midnight, it is probably a fair bet I need it urgently. Me and my wife just said, "Forget it." and we left. So, if you go at night and see a pudgy, middle-aged clerk with graying hear and a sour expression, just go with the other gentlemen who seemed to be of Indian descent. He seemed pretty nice.

Terrible customer service! I spoke with the man who appeared to be of indian descent and he was very rude. He literally asked me "You dont know how to write?" very condascendingly while I was being very nice when I asked if I could just take a picture of the shipping quote that he showed me on his screen to save me the trouble of writing it down (because he wont give me a printout of it, even though the UPS store nearby did!) As if that werent enough, he also basically said I might use the written quote to con them into shipping a heavier package for less. I could not believe what I was hearing! I thought all of the negative reviews for this store were just isolated incidents, but my experience leads me to believe that horrible customer service is the norm here. In stark contrast, the UPS store that is in the very same business area had ALWAYS treated me with respect. This fedex store will never get my business again.

Terrible experience. Left frustrated. Went there to do the same job I had done 2 hours ago at another Kinkos close to where I work. They did such a great job I decided to get four other magazines bounded and went to this Chandler location close by. She didnt seem to know what she was doing, she was cranky and rude and when she told me how much it would be she charged me DOUBLE what I had just done 2 hours ago at another FedEx Kinkos. Really??? I couldnt believe it. When I told her I would just go back to the other location, she then charged me $4.50 for the 2 "cuts" she had done to the cut down the middle of the magazine. Unbelieveable. I will never go back to that location.

Horrible customer service. Would not print company documents necessary for an upcoming conference. The employee at this facility did not believe my husband was employed by his company and even after he showed proof, she declined printing his documents, citing a privacy clause on the document (which applies to people *outside* of his company!). Considering we receive 5-10 FedEx packages a week and need print services for a team of reps, this decline of service was infuriating. We will find another print facility and we will speak with our corporate office to encourage a different vendor. I can see why their rating is so poor.

Horrible experience, horrible service!!! Would not assist in anyway so had to call their call center and the directed me to a headquarters near me.... I was eventually assisted by going through all of that an hour later!! Will never use again!! Not for personal or business! Very rude, and apparently the assistant manager Joe not knowledgeable of his job or policy and procedures if another fedex office took the time to listen, and deliver!! Very Horrible, and overwhelming is what I felt after dealing with this place!
