Their phone system will not even allow you to press the desired number combinations to get ahold of anyone. If you are looking for a company that will answer the phone these are not your people. If you love going in circles and listening to an automated machine say the same things over and over again while you try pressing the correct numbers to contact someone, then this is your lucky day.
