Worst customer service at a UPS store Ive had. I went there to ship a return item. The condescending guy across the counter asks me how much the item costs and I tell him. He tells me to just keep it because shipping will be too expensive in a tone you would use with a child. This kid is at least 10 years younger then I am btw. I tell him, yes I do want to ship it, thats the reason I was there. He gives me a smug look, gets a ruler does a half ass measurement and says 40 bucks. I looked at him and told him try again. He says, I told you its too expensive. I said give me my package and left. Went home and checked the cost online and it was less then half what he quoted... This store needs to look into hiring new employees

I needed several real estate closing documents signed by a seller who lives in Chandler AZ. I emailed them to this store they printed the docs out, UPS had a notary in house who notrized the documents,the sellers signed them...UPS emailed them back to me right away. Then overnited the original documents to the attorney for the next day. Couldnt have asked for better service. These guys are great! The UPS Store, 2040 South Alma School Road #1, Chandler, AZ 85286 customer service was terrible. They denied helping me altogether to securely placed the print labels on the top of the box. When I pressed him helping me, he got into the argument with me and said that this store is privately owned and not really UPS store and asked me to get the hell out of his store. I had three of my little kids with me and it was not only terrible experience for me but also very traumatic for my little kids... Will not do any business with UPS ever again.

I asked what time they close and the person on the phone said "6pm, but if you are sending out a package it needs to be in and processed by 5pm"...what does processed mean? so say processed takes 30 minutes, do I need to be there by 4:30pm then??? This is just another example of how the world is completely crazy, completely upside down. But I deal with crazy, confused people everywhere I go so with that aside, I dropped off a package and it did get "processed" and sent so I have no complaints.

Had been to this store to get some fax done and some prints. Met Alicia after talking over the phone to confirm their fax services. She is very kind and helpful and was making customers at ease. I saw her same kind behavior with other customers at the store as well. Quick to provide service and to the point, doesnt waste time. 5 stars.

Walked into this location where there were two employees and zero customers, yet I wasnt greeted. Alicia was the employee who helped me or thats at least what my receipt says. She was very rude, short, and condescending. By far the most unfriendliest experience Ive ever had with the ups store. Never again will I give them my business.

We got in twenty minutes before the store closed to mail a prepaid envelope. I waited behind a couple for about 5 minutes and once he finished with them he looked at me and said he had already shut down his system so he couldnt mail anything. His tone was rude and he was incredibly short with me. March 9th at 6:40

The worst experience ever. I feel terrified in this store. I just need some help to get the label taped on. And the guy told me he doesnt make any money to accept drop off. And he refuse me to come to his store any more. I am really sad this UPS store is in my neighborhood. Really sad.

Worst UPS store experience Ive ever had. Employees are lazy, condescending, and just straight up disrespectful. Take your business to the UPS store on Alma school and Chandler heights, they will actually treat you like they appreciate your business and wont treat you like a nuisance.

you web page says youre open Sundays from noon to 4 pm. I was there yesterday (Sunday) at 3 pm, and you were closed!
