The staff within the pharmacy are really nice but this specific pharmacy lacks initiative and patience. I had a RX transferred from another pharmacy to this one but was never contacted to let me know they had it. Weeks went by and I still hadnt heard anything. I called and they were really "quick" on the phone. I understand that they are busy BUT customer service should never by compromised. If you must compromise on something, then hire another staff member to accommodate the additional phone calls if need be.

It has been a few months and my apologies if things have changed, but I had absolutely terrible experiences with the pharmacy in this store. The head pharmacist was a negative and rude person, not once but every time I saw him. There were also continual mixups that he blamed on my doctor but which I have never had again since changing to another pharmacy. Id have given a "0" if theyd let me.
