I went in a couple weekends ago and a lady by the name of Roxanne (I think thats how you spell her name) was helping me. I needed help bleaching my roots and dying my hair gray with purple highlights. She gave me step by step instructions on how to do so. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional all at the same time. As i was going to pay, they were having issues with their system and while most would have been impatient, I was grateful that she assisted me and wanted to make sure my hair would come out as how I planned. She even welcomed me back so she could see the color change. It came out great. She definitely went above and beyond in my book!
