The customer service in this store has gone down completely! I personally feel as though it was not that great to begin with. The workers never smile and arent friendly or helpful what so ever. Me being a woman of color is honestly disappointed but not surprised to see another establishment of African American culture be ran so unprofessionally. Just sad!

This place has a large supply of products available. Some staff members acts bougie or frighten of the bosses. But if you are buying quality and lasting hair you should buy the expensive hair and I am not too sure it is worth thr money requested. I only visit when I do not want to go out of town to purchase my needs.

I dont particularly have an interest in that type of store. I was just looking for a particular item and that store was recommend. If you are in the beauty business or looking for an item that most stores wont carry I would recommend trying there. They have a large selection and variety of items there.

Takes way too long for orders on things that is on display but not stocked. Dont want the item that was ordered anymore. Staff is nice, place is nice.
