I went in for some toner, just a small adjustment. The woman with purple hair told me I could apply it to my whole head and itd only effect the pre lightened hair...... All my hair is now red/orange. I suggest not taking advice from their staff.

The service is very friendly here. The prices on some items can be a bit high, but the selection is fantastic. If you need to call the store to see if they carry something, good luck, all numbers lead to a dead end phone system.
